Created as a biological genetic experiment by Veinstein Laboratories, Havoc has been trained since birth to be a gunner and a technician. Because of this extensive training, he is an incredibly skilled and experienced gunner and technician, understanding even the most complex weapon systems and machines. His wide array of knowledge of complex machines and weapon systems comes in great assistance during battles.
After the labs were attacked, Havoc set out as a mercenary, taking whatever jobs offered him the most money, since his skills were very valuable. If a nation or organization had the money, Havoc would take the job, didn't matter what they were hiring for, and he wouldn't stop until he got the job done.
