This whole thing reads as a giant euphemism.

So, when you say "low blood pressure", I take it to mean that you don't actually mean low BP, but rather a vasodilator that helps with the "performance" of men? Because most men suffer from high blood pressure at increasing ages, not low, and thus something that increases BP would be detrimental, medically.
