Strange Email

I don't know if this is exactly an error or not, so I didn't post this in the Bugs & Errors forum.

I got an email just a bit ago with this text:

Corvetta Salvo,

Attached to this message is a HTML file containing a personal conversation archive:
Conversation title: Question
Conversation started: Today, [time][/SIZE] There is an attachment of the entire PM conversation included in the email. I remember the site used to send out email notifications, but that has been done away with for a while. And I've never seen this type of message before, even when email notifications were an option. Is this supposed to happen?[/time]
