Named for Marlene Starlight, this personal yacht was created to provide the executives of the Corporate Authority with a luxury ship. If one has to travel, why not do so in style? With an anti-shock field, coupled with the Acceleration Compensator, the Starlight is the ultimate in terms of a smooth ride. A spacious 'captain's quarters,' offers comfortable amenities -- and the ship is equipped to host at guests as well. The bridge level is also home to an advanced holo-communications suite for secure holo-transmissions, perfect for the Corporate traveler. There is ample space in this room to hold meetings and entertain. The bulk of the ship's systems are built with the comfort of the passengers in mind.
As such, the ship is meant to act as a personal ship for any Corporate Authority member to enjoy. However, it is not recommended for battle situations due to the rather low armament. Though, there is shielding and protective measures in place to ensure the safety of all passengers, it's not an armored war ship by any means. The best defense is to flee, rather than be caught in a battle it is unlikely to survive.
