Effective Range: Personal
Rate of Fire: Average
Stopping Power: Very High
Recoil: Low

SPECIAL FEATURES:
  • Sound SuppressorConceals usual firing sounds, making the weapon almost unable to heard even just a meter or two away.
  • Polarizing Field InsulationHelping, together with the reinforced duraplast construction, to shield against EMP/Ion, this component had a further advantage of helping to mask the weapons’ energy signatures against low-grade sensors and scanners.
  • Attachable Rail SystemEnables mounting of scopes, lights, etc. as modular accessories, permitting users to customize their weapons, tailoring them to mission-specific needs.
  • Iron SightsLuminescent markings allow better targeting and enable greater accuracy, even in lowlight or night-time conditions.
  • Stun Setting / SwitchableStun setting is able to be turned on, providing a stun rendering the victim unconscious and disoriented as a less-lethal option for users.
  • Stygian Triprismatic Polymer DuraplastA harder form of duraplast, the polymer acts similar to reflec coating, helping to disguise the weapon from low-grade sensors and scanners.
  • Dallorian AlloyAble to take exceptional heat, the barrels could allow for continuous firing without overheating.
  • Biometric Security GripA small thumb-scanner on the rear of the weapon ensured that it could be unlocked and used only by specific individuals keyed to the pistol, thus enemies cannot turn your own weapon against you.
STRENGTHS:
  • Silent and Invisible - Through the use of refined TibannaX gas and a sound suppressor, these bolts become invisible to the naked eye (though some species and certain types of sensor can see them) and silent, allowing users to fire them with anonymity and making it hard for their targets to block or avoid them or to discern their origins ; comparable to the DC-19 stealth carbine or Verpine shatter pistols.
  • Charric weapons - derived from Chiss technology can offer greater 'stopping power', delivering bolts with notably higher kinetic force than standard blasters, making them able to yield potentially significant damage even to armored opponents or droids ; Charric bolts have been described as delivering a maser-guided particle discharge which combined both thermal and kinetic energy making them often very effective against ceramic and polymer-based armors and even offering an electrical shock to metallic armor as well ; Charric weapons were unable to be blocked by lightsabers also.
  • Stun Capable - Able to toggle to stun settings, users can disable the particle beam, replacing the maser with electromagnetic charges tuned to neurological patterns, leaving victims rendered unconscious and disoriented for some time following a direct hit, though not causing any permanent damage.
WEAKNESSES:
  • Limited Effective Range - Charric weapons carry a maximum effective range of roughly only 8m, making these pistols entirely unsuited to service as battlefield weapons, despite their accuracy.
  • Poor Ammunition Capacity - These pistols, unlike blasters or even more standard Charric weapons, hold just ten rounds compared to the scores or even hundreds of rounds available in other weapons. They are simply not designed for prolonged gunfights or battlefield use, and lack the munitions capacity to serve users well in these situations, leaving them 'outgunned' in most scenarios.
DESCRIPTION:

Turning to Charric technology, a pistol was developed for intelligence operatives, criminals, assassins, and others who needed a stealthy but powerful close-range weapon. Made with Stygian Triprismatic Polymer, the ergonomically-designed weapon is resilient and durable, and together with its polarizing field insulation, is masked from detection by most general scanners and low-grade sensors. It’s slim, compact size allows for it to be cleverly concealed from detection in most casual pat-downs, making it easy to slip past security.

The powerful Charric weapon, however, packs a powerful punch. Combining both thermal and kinetic energy, these weapons deliver powerful bolts with excellent accuracy, able to post significant damage, even to armored opponents. Specially-refined Tibanna gas and sound suppressor makes these bolts invisible (to the naked eye for most species, however a few species and certain varieties of sensors will detect them) and virtually silent, allowing users to fire them with anonymity and confidence, and making it much harder for their enemies to avoid or block them. Charric bolts are (in most cases) unable to be blocked by standard lightsabers and similar weapons, and being invisible to the naked eye, even Sith or Jedi opponents will find them harder to dodge and duck than standard weapons, even with force abilities aiding them.

However, these terrific advantages are not without sacrifices. Charric weapons have much lower effective range than other weapons, and the expensive specialized munitions are also affected, with significantly lower munitions capacity than most weapons. The “Ghost” is just not cut out for battlefield use, or even in prolonged gunfights, where opponents will have dozens if not hundreds more rounds available then users of the “Ghost”, leaving them outgunned and outranged by their foes.
Still, for those who want a powerful, close-range, and incredibly stealthy weapon, the “Ghost” is simply the ideal choice!

Gotta admit, I do love a stealthy pistol. There are a few nitpicky details on my end, however.

First I feel your weakness of range limitation isn't really reflected in the ratings themselves. Ideally I would drop the range from 'Average' to 'Personal' to give a better representation, while also upping the Stopping Power to 'Very High' which I think is more inline with Charric tech. You would also still have one extra to play with. I'd personally probably lean into 'Low' for Recoil.

Expensive Ammo - Because these weapons rely on TibannaX for their stealth, the cost of ammunition is decidedly much higher than standard blaster or Charric weapons, making them cost-prohibitive and impractical as first-choice combat weapons and better used by intelligence agents, undercover operatives, criminals, and assassins who would not - usually - need to expend hundreds of rounds in the course of their missions.
Expense is not a valid weakness, so please remove.

Instead, I would likely throw in a piece about how the bolts aren't strictly invisible per se, but merely to the naked eye. Certain species and sensor suits will likely still be able to register them.
