DESCRIPTION
Manufactured on Skor II by the Squib, using locally-produced ingredients, such as cocoa, sugar, nuts (which gives its crunchy texture), the Squib chocolate is prepared by first shaping the toffee core with a mixture of molten sugar to which the nuts are then added, and later molded into linear, oblong rods for solidification. Once the bar is solidified, chocolate is then poured over the toffee bar in a special mold to be later left to cool down, and then cut down into bars roughly 40 grams each for packaging. As a result of these ingredients, the Squib chocolate has high energy content by nutritional standard, due to its high sugar and fat content. As with most chocolate-based products, Squib chocolates are best kept in cool, dark places.
