@[member="Coci Sinopi"] the point was to create an intelligence organization outside the legislation of all other factions, and gathering info on all other factions. Acting as a cleaner and harder to track way to eliminate someone than a simple bounty hunter, and even greasing palms to pass laws in governments to favor us. Basically, a freelance CIA.
