BIOGRAPHY:
Little is known of Julian. Two years ago he popped up on records as a refugee from Mytus VII to Fondor before moving to Nar Shaddaa and vanishing from the books. Since then he has been known to be the hand behind total system failures across the grid in the entertainment district along with various accusations of theft via ripping credits straight from bank accounts. His activity has only increased with the appearance of local gangs on Nar Shaddaa, investigators have begun tracking him with the help of a Jedi Watchman.
