Speeding Faster than a Midnight Train

It’s just tequila and the beach
Token Waters was excited to be out. It had been a while since she had been. Blame it on the fact that she had classes now. Yep! Token Waters had re-enrolled in school, mainly because she had Sindy who was doing something with herself, and the petite blonde just… wasn’t. So, to school she went. And it wasn’t a bad thing, with the events of Druckenwell there was a lot of use for someone who could reach out to people.

But right now? Right now she was unwinding. Taking her time, getting her groove on, getting out. And away from the books. It was nice.

Finding herself on the streets of Bothawui, figuring that while she was here for school, she could take in the sights. But tonight? Tonight she was looking for some fun. Hearing the bass running from several establishments, the petite blonde was in black jeans, a white tanktop, and a pair of black and white sneakers, not very color forward, but comfortable and fun. Her hair tied up in a ponytail, Token made her way into the club and straight for the bar. A drink was definitely the way to get things started.

What was this place called, anyhow?

Sophia was on Bothawui for one reason and one reason only, work. There was nothing else for her left. Her little daughter was off training to become a Jedi and the man she thought she loved had disappeared. The only thing that kept the Viceroy of Chroma Zed intact was work. The citizens would always be there for her and she for them. She worked hard to ensure that there interests were heard and worked on. The war scared everyone and with them on the border them self they though that they could be next which Sophia would not let happen.

A sigh escaped her lips as she walked along the street. She had nothing but time now until the meeting tomorrow and she didn't know what to do with herself. Her head turned as she heard music blaring from a nearby club. She decided to go on on and get a drink. She needed to unwind a little.

Token really didn’t do much in the way of work. Sure, she had school, but an actual job? It was bartending. And entertaining. Did that count as work? It was as much fun for her as it was for everyone else involved, so long as no one started fights on her shift. But really, she smoothed most of those over pretty simply. And unwinding in bars was always different, so long as she found fun places to be.

Sitting on a stool, she turned, looking around the area. Who seemed to be the most fun today? Or the most interesting.

Something (The Force, but Token wasn’t going to call it that because the Force was evil) peaked and she turned. She knew she was feeling something familiar, but she couldn’t place it. Dark haired woman. She worked in the Confederacy as something… Oh what was it? She couldn’t remember. It didn’t matter. Taking her drink, something dark, with a cola and liquor in it, Token made her way over.

“You’re a bit away from home, aren’t you?” Viceroy! That was the term! But Token wasn’t going to be shouting that.
