With the expansion and notoriety of CIS operations and expansion in the Southern edges of the galaxy, the Confederacy has been in need of manpower in order to deploy its troops to its many diverse worlds as well as open recruitment to its citizens. The anti-hazard combat armor was designed for this purpose. Essentially with its versatility and protection, specialized training on worlds with unique environments. The armor weave has been designed with refined microfibers that give it its anti-hazard resistance. This includes protection against harsh weather and environmental hazards including very low atmospheric pressures however it's recommended that wearers do not use it in the vacuum of space as it can damage the armorweave. The armorweave also promotes comfort for the wearer giving it a boost in mobility making it a good set of armor for a wide variety of tactical scenarios especially given its high modularity with armor pieces. The sophisticated comms system stays encrypted allowing for communication of the armor's systems to be secured and easily patchable into friendly frequencies making communication very effective, the same goes for its HUD system, allowing friendly parties to update HUD markers.
