Description: The Spark-Class Starfighter is a deviation on a well-known Republic Starfighter design. The fighters were designed by members of the Covenant to allow them with a strike fighter to be launched from the Rising Tide. Designed to be small and light weight, the Spark Fighter have advanced engines to push the fighter through combat. Armed with triple blasters and energy torpedo launchers, the fighter packs a punch, but for all intents and purposes are a glass cannon. A few solid hits will quickly dissipate the shields and the hull is refurbished and light. The best way to keep safe in this fighter is to keep moving.
As the fighters are of an aging design, their hulls were found by Kaia Starchaser and a few of the Covenant members in a downed and lost transport. The fighters were pulled back to the Covenant's Rising Tide ship. From there, Kaia, with a few trusted engineers from other sources helped to rebuild the ships with upgraded engines, and advanced sensors as well as repairing and rebuilding the other systems.
