With the implementation of the Confederacy First Mandate and the exodus of numerous corporate entities fleeing the southern systems, South Dynamics became one of the newest corporations to fill in the corporate vacuum left by the exodus. And with the capital moving to Naboo, the planet and the capital sector saw growing commercial activity and prosperity and a dynamic businessman by the name of Rayuk Koli from Chommell Minor set up his own little corporate empire in the Capital Sector. Despite, the pleas to outsource outside of Confederate space, Koli still found a way to make due with the resources he had knowing that the CDF was to be his biggest customer on top of their affiliates. With all the corporations resources pooled into military technology, South Dynamics became one of the CDF's biggest suppliers through its eventual subsidiaries and market manipulations in order to reach their success.
RATIONALE
Nakash Koli inherited the company from his father due to old age. Koli was a respectable engineer and worked for his father for 15 years before being given the mantle. Since then he has been pushing for more innovative strategies to increase the development of assets to be sold on the Confederate market and to develop and acquire new schematics in order to achieve that. By investing into South Dynamics' R&D, the company's output have met more than satisfactory returns as they continue to supply the every expanding Confederacy.
