From what I understand, cloning is a multi-million(maybe even billion) credit industry, especially in the terms of the cloning humans and other sentients, just considering the cost of equipment, facilities, and so on. For example, a tier 2 company would probably not be suited fiscally to handle the costs of these facilities just for purchasing the equipment.
Now, if your question is more on the topic of "Does this technology still exist in an acquirable state of being" and are referring to specifically the cloning facilities of Episode II, then you would probably not find the same labs functioning with the same equipment 860 years later.
If you meant, instead, if it would be possible to purchase and/or create this equipment then the answer is yes. I highly suggest using pre-existing marketplace companies and making orders for cloning to be done rather than making your own company however, as I mentioned the cost above in reference to the equipment alone. The actual cost of cloning a single human being is probably upwards several million depending on the specifications made. Cloning a single force user
