Some Questions and maybe Roleplays

Firstly I wanted to ask if it was possible to bring back the cloning devices used in movie II and those other devices added in comics?
If so then where would I find the technology for that?

If anyone could answer these questions I would be most grateful. And if possible I would probably like to make a thread where the technology is collected.

From what I understand, cloning is a multi-million(maybe even billion) credit industry, especially in the terms of the cloning humans and other sentients, just considering the cost of equipment, facilities, and so on. For example, a tier 2 company would probably not be suited fiscally to handle the costs of these facilities just for purchasing the equipment.

Now, if your question is more on the topic of "Does this technology still exist in an acquirable state of being" and are referring to specifically the cloning facilities of Episode II, then you would probably not find the same labs functioning with the same equipment 860 years later.

If you meant, instead, if it would be possible to purchase and/or create this equipment then the answer is yes. I highly suggest using pre-existing marketplace companies and making orders for cloning to be done rather than making your own company however, as I mentioned the cost above in reference to the equipment alone. The actual cost of cloning a single human being is probably upwards several million depending on the specifications made. Cloning a single force user once, for example, costs a very large amount of money.

If none of the above answered your question, let me know.

Just a thought rather than an answer. The cloning produced embryos. Even with their accelerated ageing processes, it took ten years to produce a fully grown adult.
And said adult usually deteriorated within ten or fifteen years. Joruus C'baoth was a big exception. He took about sixty years to deteriorate, and he still didn't die of natural causes.

Those better than the ones that take longer?

Oh and... please don't clone starkiller again :p

Could be wrong, but if I recall weren't the Spaarti clones horrible soldiers? Because they didn't develop enough, and didn't train enough?

I wouldn't say terrible. They certainly weren't as good at first because they hadn't had the training that the Kaminoan ones had, instead they just had flash training.

They were worse, but definitely not THE worst.

All of your answers do answer my questions. Maybe I shall specify an earlier question: Where would the technology be found? Not to directly build but just to learn how to construct and prepare.

On a side note, what state is Kamino in? I assume that its facilities have been wiped out and replaced by other facilities but just thought I would ask.
