Reducing Sound

The wording here is a bit confusing. Reducing sound as in the rifle's discharges are loud? I'd look at rewording. With that and between its accuracy, range, and assembly, I'd look at adding another weakness just to further balance the rifle.

Its Power Pack can power the Weapon for 5 shots.

You have the ammunition type listed as a power cell with a capacity for 8, yet here you mention a power pack provides 5 shots. Which one is it? Also, ensure you have units listed where units are necessary.
