Smart Rounds are bullets with shells that encase wiring, chips, and various other technologies that allows it to connect to a signal transmitting device such as a scope and follow whatever that device is tracking up to 25 meters within sight. This essentially allows anyone to point their gun at someone and fire without worry of aiming. How these rounds follow their target depends on how the device works and if it even works. These are currently prototypes and have not been tested other than confirming that they can indeed receive a signal, and fire like a regular bullet.
