- Model: SLO-00x1
- Modularity: None
- Production: Limited
- Material: Plasteel | Various Technologies
- Capable of auto-tracking a target within 20 Meters
- Capable of auto-tracking a target within 20 Meters physically aiming for the target, so long as the target in the scope's view
- Plasteel is not known to stop blaster bolts, or even slugs, making it susceptible to precise shots
- EMP and various anti tech weapons will short circuit this optic, rendering it completely useless even for aiming regularly
- Can not lock onto multiple targets
- Close Range Signal Jammers can disrupt the guiding signal
- The optic does not pick a particular part of the body to guide the rounds to
Similar to a heat seeking rocket, or a starfighter's auto-lock on, this optic sends a signal to ammunition such as the Smart Rounds for guidance of the round to the target. Various cameras are on the barrel end of the optic with a view screen on the stock side, allowing the user to make sure the target is still within sight of the optic. This is a prototype technology, and has not been fully tested. The Smart Rounds are not the only bullets this optic can be used with, they're simply the only ones currently being produced at the moment and vise versa for the Smart Rounds.
