When he said Jedi Padawan, Sam blushed furiously and wanted to leap out and make love to his face. Could it really be true? Was he just like her?

"Oh my gosh? I'm so sorry. I... I mean. So am I. Tython, just recently. Though my Master lives on Ossus most of the time. Don't... These clothes are not my usual. Erm? Well. Kinda?"

Mmm. How to explain this. Party girl plus Jedi Padawan. Thigh high skirt and exotic push-up bra. A hard mix, if there ever was one.

"It's my day off you see. I just wanted to make the most of it."

She looked gloriously guilty of something. It was completely not her usual self. This was not how Sam Jhovna talks to men.

"Sorry for suddenly shouting that out. I'm... Not quite used to it yet. If... Well, if you know what I mean?"

"It's ok these aren't my normal clothes either. It hard to dance in Jedi robes." He says trying to make Sam feel better. "It is my day off as well. My Master allows me to make my own schedule." It was time to tell her about his daughter.

"Iella allows me to that because of my 3 years old daughter Maddie. She lives with her mother. We're not married never been married. I didn't even know about her until a few months ago." He waits to see Sam runs away from this information.

"I normally don't tell people about her but ..we seems to have a lot in common." He figures if they don't end up romantically involved with each other they would at least be friends.

"Well. It must be nice to schedule around your family. I think your Master is very wise."

Jen smiled and gave Sam a pat on the shoulder. Then she retreated to go find her other friends. Best to leave Hawk and Sam to talk it out.

"Oh gosh. You don't know how much better I feel now. I thought for sure you would be a Jedi Knight and that I would get the whip. Hehe. ...Ah. Anyway. It was very nice to meet you [member="Hawk Solo"]. I have a good feeling we'll be running into each other often."

She swayed back and forth and smiled rather brightly. Sam had learned a rather valuable lesson here tonight. Though even that surprised even her. Hawk's mention of a daughter was completely understandable. Why, Sam didn't know why more women didn't want to have his babies? Get in line ladies. This man can dance.

"Hehe. Well? If you don't mind. I'm going to say goodbye to my friends and take a taxi. I just remembered something I forget to do."

Sam nodded and squared her shoulders. It felt good to be doing things a little differently tonight. Hawk could have the last word.

"Sure, I don't mind. It was pleasure meeting you. I'm sure we will see each other around." He was a little disappointed that the night was ending he more fun than he thought he would.

"If you are going back to the Temple, we could split the taxi?" Yes, he was trying to extend their evening. In their short time together, he had grown rather fond of her.

She smiled at his openness.

"You're a complete gentleman Hawk. But I'm afraid this little ladies evening is quite over. Here. ...It's my personal mail. Feel free to message me anytime. Next time I'm in the city, let's be sure to reconnect yes? After all, every girl needs her dancing partner. Hehe."

Sam tapped her bracelet and active the electronic device. Out slipped a firm piece of paper with her mail address on it. Then she handed it to [member="Hawk Solo"].

"Good night Hawk. And say happy birthday to Robin for me. Force guide you."

Sam had a few words with Jen before leaving for the door. Managing to take her shoes off too, she felt very about the evening. Out here, life was always an adventure.
