Skill of a Master

@Matsu Ike

Kha'ro smiles,

"And I'm proud to be your student."

He replies, still choosing not to pry about the surprise. Though he was definitely intrigued. He felt excited, yet anxious. Nervous, yet calm. A mixture of emotions, swirling around all at once.

Matsu gave a bow of her head to him while she was moving and coming around with the others provided a small look on her face. Some of the other jedi were coming around prepared for what was to come as they made a circle standing together in a circle of the meshed knight protections. The outfits looked very regal for jedi and gave them a few better idea as Matsu spoke. "Then it is time, you are brought before this circle because you are no longer my student. You time as padawan is at an end and it is trime for you to ascend to the rank of jedi knight."

Kha'ro stands still for a moment, speechless. A knight? He notices the circle as his master mentions it. So this was the surprise - it was what he had been working towards for so long.

"This is... an unexpected, but great honor."

He knew what to do, and when he could see that his master was ready, he would go through with the procedure. Who knew that - of all the times - now would be when he lost his braid and became a true jedi.

Matsu was looking at her padawan while she had a small look and was proud of him, the knighting ceremony was a way to work out well and let them do all of it. She could slice away that padawan braid, give him a chance to relax and enjoy the time now before he was going off to find his own padawans. In the background the sounds of construction were there while she was moving over with a little more. "You are welcome and it has been an interesting road. Now you can go off and find your own padawan."

Kha'ro smiles at his master. Her confidence makes him determined. Determined to continue along this path, continue along the light. This was not how he had expected this training to end, which he had simply requested in order to hone his skills. Little did he know how much of a step he'd be taking. Little did he know...

Matsu looked at him and provided some things, while she was proud of him... he had worked hard and preformed everything given to him while she was standing there. "You are a jedi knight now Kha'ro this is a grand thing and you will be tempted with the new things that come from it. The jedi archives will be more open to you, the larger secrets and teachings that they give to those better able to handle them." Matsu was walking with a nod fo her head when she was walking to go and meet some of the others who were working here on the planet. They were setting up the temple and academy here to provide a number of things for Sasori and shion to develop.

Kha'ro listens to his master intently, "I'll be sure to use these new resources well." He speaks honestly, and partly to remind himself. He looks around, seeing exactly what [member="Matsu Ike"] had seemed to be distracted by. Construction and the such was all over. Still, Kha'ro was taking in what just happened. He distracts himself slightly by observing the construction and working around him further, looking around as he began to move.

They had worked on much of it and well there was always more work one needed to do and would need to work on. Construction here though was not for them. "So we will need to work on it for ourselves, now that you are a knight you will be asked to take on a padawan." She looked at some of the ideas that they might be able to do and she was looking at the other jedi.

Kha'ro nods, taking in the situation at hand and his mind leaving the construction alone. He speaks,

"I see. I may be a knight, but you are still my Master, and with all this I will need a guide."

He fully understands that this will not be easy, but at the same time he is obviously excited to experience what he had not been expecting to achieve for a long time.

"That is a given, I will always be here for advice and to offer guidance for you and all jedi." She said it with a grin on her face while she was prepared to work on a number of things here. Finding a place she could sit and relax while working with him. "You have much that you shall be able to go and out do for yourself jedi knight Kha'ro."

Kha'ro smiles back,

"Of course. Being a Knight would be no achievement if I did nothing myself. With that said, currently I'm honestly unaware where to start."

He joins his master and sits.

"So we should spend some time now discussing that, no?"

"If you wish, one of the best places for a knight to start is searching inward for themselves and coming away with an idea of what they seek to do. I started learning all I could of the force and training a number of different padawans and have continued to do that for years." Matsu stood there looking at more of it as she prepared herself with a couple of the other things. Thinking about it and grinning to herself.

Kha'ro nodded, processing Matsu's words. He thought he understood,

"So it's teaching and learning through experience? While I teach an apprentice about saber use and the force, I am also learning how to teach at the same time, and this all further develops my knowledge and ability to teach."

A good jedi master's words, like Matsu's, were always open to interpretation, and this was how Kha'ro thought of it.

"Learn it, do it, teach it." A simple idea to go by, it wasn't ground breaking in the least, it wasn't even really applicable in all of the situations but with a padawan you learned how to be one, then you take that experience and apply it to another as you do it and while she disliked to admit it. The first one or couple could be hit and miss but you could stick with them to teach it. "It will not be easy but you can learn how to do it and the jedi do not abandon their students. You can always get advice from others about it."

[member="Matsu Ike"]

Kha'ro nodded, understanding more now.

"And on the last note, I will not hesitate to get help when I need it."

He smiles. So this is it. This is becoming a fully-fledged jedi. A knight. This was when Kha'ro's true test began, and where his preparation ended. This was being a jedi...

Matsu looked at him with a nod of her head while she was looking around with a nod of her head. "Very good, now go and do as you wish. There is an entire galaxy out there that the jedi themselves can move around in. Trillions of people that you can go out to help for everything we are wanting to work with." Matsu was moving and seeing the restoration of the temple itself around her with Shion and Saotome. Their hard work was a very impressive place that they would be able to develop all of it into something no one had seen or prepared to see before.

Kha'ro rose up and nodded. He grinned,

"I've got a lot ahead of me. And so I'll rise to meet it rather than it coming down to me."

He felt his head and the still hot area where his braid had been removed. As he had lost the braid on his head, he had now lost the chains holding him back. He was now a jedi...
