Sith Temple

In lieu of the thread of Erida dominion (which I don't know what is going on with that thread) I have constructed the Sith Temple there (post in process still) and the Admin has approved it.

I don't know where it goes in terms of the faction threads. If nothing comes of Erida, there is at least a Sith Temple there.
