He really wasn’t sure what was going on. Why hadn’t the Sith moved on the station yet? He wasn’t too concerned, but it was kind of strange. There was the nebula out here, and the rogue planets within. Still, there was work to be done, monitoring the nebula, and sending out the remote probes to the rock structures. What was in this nebula? That was why the station, Mulligan Station, after some astrophysicist-geologist doctorate with too much money, was here. To make sure that people were studying what needed to be done.
Emil was one such scientist that was monitoring the geologic make up of the rogue worlds, seeing if there were tracers that could predict which ones would develop life in the future.
Though, if the Sith ever did find out about the operation, that whole science trip could be thrown to the wolves. Maybe they’d get lucky and that Alliance they were hearing so much about could help the Republic break through the walls, and save the station.
But it was looking bad, the station got all of its supplies brought through Sith space.
It was tricky living, but they were surviving against the flood.
