After being Transformed herself, she desired to gain that power for herself, the thought of transforming any given species into something corrupted by the darkside fueled her passion. She had already had the pleasure of tormenting one's mind, in the sole purpose to gain knowledge. To help matters she enjoyed the pleasures of their suffering, now she wished to take spruce it up a bit.

Ashara had locked herself deep in the sith temple of Honoghr, she was starting to forget what social interaction felt like. She was literally consumed by the darkside, her only thought was power, and the manipulation of the force and learning the Sith language.

Closing a book she had been reading, she felt something near, an essence of a person in search of something familiar to what she had been researching. How close she was unable to determine, slipping into her black robe, she made her way up the long staircase back to civilization.Masking her presence in the force she made her way to the main lobby, and into the library. She found a table secluded in the corner. With the force she chose a random book and called it to her, leaving the book unopened on the table unread. She drew the hood of her robe over her head. If one looked at here, they would see her two red, yellowish hued eyes staring from the shadows.

Plenty of systems were home to ancient dark side knowledge. The majority of them were held by organizations that Domeric would prefer not to tangle with. The First Order, the Imperial Sith, these were groups that had likely turned those old academies and temples in and out in search of anything to aid in their endeavors. When his droids finally came across the academy on Honoghr, however, he knew there was at least a chance of finding something yet uncovered.

"Now approaching the site, sir," the droid piloting his shuttle said as the silhouette of the long abandoned academy broke against the horizon. "Where shall we land?"

Domeric looked over his datapad, the display of a digital map of the area brightening the rear area of the small craft. "There," he replied, marking a flat and small landing zone for the pilot. "Close enough to the main building, not too exposed, I like it. Any life signs showing up on the scans?"

"Yes. Several hits have been marked, primarily outside of the buildings."

"Probably just some animals scroungin' for food. Still..." he tucked his electrothermal handgun into a holster at his thigh, as well as his lightsaber on the inside of his coat. Better to be safe, even if he was choosing to ignore the signs.

Before long the ship had landed, and Domeric had made his way into the main building, heading straight for the library. It was obvious, but the best place to start. He could feel the sheer energy of the building around him, steeped in the Dark Side of the force, empowering him as he strode through the darkened halls. Despite reaching out to feel any potential presence, Domeric found nothing to signal that [member="Ashara Evanaris"] was there.

At least until he saw the book opened on the table.

Reaching into his coat he retried two contracted mini spider droids, laying them on the floor as their legs extended from the central spherical torso. His skill in the force allowed him to give the command nonverbally, having the pair seek out and scan various tomes for the knowledge he sought. While he was very well versed in commanding and dominating the mechanical through the force, there were aspects that he yet lacked knowledge in, and a rumor of blending the mechanical with the biological had spurred this quest for knowledge. While he inspected the book, he waited to hear from his droids.

Ashara had perceived a great many things in the coming moments, firstly she had been quite successful in masking her presence in the force. He read the book without the newcomer knowing she was there. A few other things had peaked her interest, the individual was obviously searching for knowledge. This particular library was not for the faint of heart, every book here dealt with either Sith magik or Alchemy.I would be an obvious assumption he was after either or.

Obviously she could not use any other of her dark side abilities without making her presence known, one of the drawbacks of focusing heavily on a certain power. Ashara had to be wise in choosing her next path of choice. Soon enough her presence would be known once the droids have returned with their diagnostic. Very wise she thought to herself, mechanical devices were used as an asset to locate force users when someone such as herself masked their presence.

Although she was unable to sense any sort of danger, she felt it safe to assume he was not a threat considering they were both in the library. You ask why she would mask her presence, easily she did not want to be known and conduct her research on her own. Curiosity crossed her mind, against her better judgment she decided to play with the individual before her presence became known.

One of the spider droids had finished its surveillance and was on it's way back to its master. Moments before it would make its final destination Ashara unveiled her presence, raising her hand, the spider droid came to her.Crawling through her fingers, the spider droid inching it's to the back of her hand, allowing it move across the table.

“Looking for something” she spoke from the shadows revealing her presence.

Flipping through a few pages of the book yielding nothing of value to him. Its contents were related in that it was some sort of ancient Sith experimentation, but nothing that he had any use for. As he hoped for his droids to find something of value there was a brief shift in the feeling around him, cause enough for Domeric to draw his handgun and aim carefully at the source of the voice. It was soothing, almost seductive, though he'd discovered such was the nature of the Dark Side. Perhaps there was some sort of guardian he'd failed to account for, a spirit that watched over the grounds.

Such notions were dismissed when he observed [member="Ashara Evanaris"] approaching him.

"Might be," he replied with a grin, holding his weapon still forward. Despite the initial attraction to the woman before him, Domeric never underestimated a potential threat. And if he couldn't read her presence before she'd made herself known, she was at least trained in the Force. That much was certain. "Might just be lookin' to stretch my legs, get a little exercise walkin' round the place. I take it this book's yours?"

The question came with a quick glance to his spider droid, the one she'd returned to the table. Nothing seemed off about it, as the diminutive construct crawled its way back towards its owner. One still remained searching the library, and he wondered what information it would bring back to him.

Ashara snickered, the opened book was one she had read but found little importance written within the pages, she was looking for something else altogether. Ashara was not accustomed to open conversations she wondered why he was here, this library was not one for the simple hearted. Ashara sensed he was looking for something in particular, one does not come to a library to stretch ones legs she pondered. Then again she had not been in contact with another for some time. Ashara eyed him with curiosity, while she leaned over taking taking the book, she had placed it back to its original place. Her finger tracing the bindings of each book while she stood looking over the books.

“It was” She spoke mischievously.

The sorceress was one who did not trust anyone, her acquaintances she knew were those she had something to gain from. For some odd reason she could not sense his intention for being here. Ashara was usually quite gifted for reading minds, and their most deepest thoughts to use to her advantage. Usually to make them succumb to her bidding, but was closed off to her.

“Lies, your still missing a droid.I presume that one belongs to you. I am curious what he might have to say. “

The spider droid wondered and crawled up the back of her robe, across her shoulder and down her arm, and into her hand.

“I don't think he likes you” Knowing the droid was gathering information about herself she returned it to him. Something she had never done, any other day she would have destroyed the droid, trusting her instincts not to.
