Plucked from the front of the line troopers within the One Sith and taken to a special facility run by Darth Venefica the Sitherhood Troopers are traught to be part of a smaller more controlled group. The Darth's goals of female empowerment and unity questionably sitting and inspiring... but the additional credits for their salary and private quarters instead of stuffed Garrisons is also a selling point. The frontline soldiers are given a more unique armor baring the Sisterhoods emblem of the black rose on the shoulder.
The officers and higher ranked members being able to customize their armors more for range and function while specialty versions of the troopers for sea, swamp and vacuum are slowly being trained with better equipment and goals. The only piece left within the sisterhood is to take Venefica's brand upon themselves after a year of surviving service in some of the more remote and hidden facilities within the Covenant. Small touches have been added to the armor incorporated from enemies the sith themselves have faced. Such as the wrist launcher able to fire mini rockets favored by mandalorians and ankle boosters for if they have to enter vacuum they can move quickly having only a thirty minute air supply built into their armor.
