Strengths:
Compassion: The Simuerte are a very compassionate race of people. They care for everyone whether it be a lowly beggar on the streets or royalty. Their strength lies in their compassion for others and one another, when one is down on their luck or starting to spiral each Simuerte will help that person and care for them until they are well again. This is how they have survived without a military or even a police force for ages.

No fear of death: Death is a very significant part in the Simuerte culture, for we all have our times. The idea of death is indoctrinated at birth with this culture and it is taught to live every day to the fullest and love one another because you will die one day. So they are taught to accept death and at times to even look forward to it. Death in the Simuerte culture isn't regarded as the end, it is considered to be the next step into the afterlife and if you have been a good soul the afterlife is considered to be paradise. Where you will spend eternity with your ancestors.


Weaknesses:
Double edged sword: Their compassion and care can often be used against them. Some Simuerte leave their home in search of adventure and often the lessons they have learned from their culture make them easy targets for con artists, hustlers, and other criminal elements of the galaxy. They can be too trusting and caring and this leads them to being hurt or even killed at times.

Fragile beings: The Simuerte are like any other humanoid in the galaxy with the exception of a few evolutionary differences, they bleed, they get sick, they are mortal and a simple blaster shot can kill them.


Distinctions:

Physical Appearance: The Simuerte are a very colorful people, ranging from various skin tones what sets them apart Is their appreciation for art and death. They appear as normal humanoids but a Simuerte can be spotted from a mile away due to their bright and colorful tattooed bodies. From their faces to chests and arms most of their bodies are covered in decorative tattoos from their religion. Traditionally the Simuerte permanently tattoo their faces and bodies to resemble skulls and other bright and colorful symbols of death. This is what makes them stand out above all other humanoids in the galaxy is their deep rooted appreciation and love of art and their culture to the point of permanent alterations or decorations of their bodies.
