[SIZE=11pt]Say you’re asked to put together a cheap, easily modded dropship that can fit into any mass-produced hangar in the Outer Rim. How much ship can you fit into those parameters? If you take a merciless approach to the unnecessary, quite a bit. The A-40 Sarcos has no hyperdrive, and cuts very close to the bone in terms of weapons and other luxuries. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]The Sarcos' job is to bull rush through enemy fire, land somewhere unpleasant, and deploy things that will make its soldiers’ lives easier: coma gas, battle droid dispensers, bubble shielding, miniature autoturrets, etc. It can carry droids, troops, speeder bikes, supplies, even a couple of tanks if necessary. Its modular cargo bay and miniature medbay let it serve as a pretty decent high-durability, high-speed evacuation vehicle too. If all else fails, its multi-hundred-ton cargo capacity, excellent speed and outstanding durability make it a solid ramship/fireship option. Just be sure to turn off the state-of-the-art fire suppression systems first.[/SIZE]
