Appearance
Montana is a handsome man, and youthful. He is often mistaken as someone of a younger age. Montana has an excellent physique like many Jedi who train their day away. His skin usually holds a light tan but when flushed takes on a green tint because of the chlorophyll sap or "blood" that flows through his Zelosian veins.

Personality
Montana is the kind of guy that is real easy to be friends with. He keeps a positive attitude and loves meeting new people. And once you get to know him it becomes very clear that he is the kind of guy who will invite you to coffee and have an intellectual conversation, but he is also the guy who will stand with you, back to back, and fight off hordes of evil for your beliefs. Montana is, simply said, pleasant.

Ages 0-5
The first five years of the boy’s life were quiet and calm, if not scrambled into an infantile development of the brain. What was a memory that faded, turned into a dream, was a swing tied to the tree in front of his parent’s house. It was on the heights of that swing set that the boy realized the vastness of space and how he wanted to travel it. And it was on that swing a couple days later that the Jedi came to him.
She was a dream to the small white haired boy. She was a blonde bombshell but so much more. She was a symbol of everything he’d ever want. She was strong but tender, and charismatic yet simple. It didn’t take much for the boy to grab her hand and follow her onto a new world, and into a new life in the Silver Jedi Order.
Ages 5-10
The path little Silat had chosen to walk was the path of the guardian. Protecting people was what he wanted to do. He wasn’t interested in intellectual pursuits beyond the use of the force or saber forms, nor was he interested in sneaking in the shadows and striking down villainy. Silat knew he was to be a shield, whether on the front lines of war, or standing up for just one being’s rights. His extreme sense of compassion would not let him imagine a future where he did not take the brunt of all attacks and answer with his own power.
The Silver Jedi Master and Neti, Soo Path, took an interest in Silat. He was in his last years of existence and knew it was time to pass on his knowledge, and it seemed he wanted to pass it on to a padawan who held a real connection to his ideals. That is why Silat was chosen, he was everything Soo Path saw in his youth and he knew how to help the boy become better both in mind, body, and spirit.
Before he was to officially become a padawan under Soo Path, Silat was to be tested, and tested he was. The boy, determined on moving up from youngling into the stage of padawan learner, followed his soon to be master all the way to the jungle planet of Felucia. There he was left by his master to survive in the wilds for weeks. In that time he faced dangerous, plant, fungal, and animal life. He risked life and limb for thirty felucian days, just to survive. But the experience was not for naught because not only was Silat accepted as Master Path’s pupil but he was awarded skills that would have taken him much longer to learn under normal circumstances. And he gained the ambition necessary for a lifelong career in exploring the areas of knowledge he had deemed unnecessary. Some that would draw him closer to his past on Zelos II and some that would make him more like his master.
Ages 10-19
Over years the galaxy progressed. It progressed into war, into peace, and every which way it had in the past. And Silat too had progressed. His training under Soo Path had taken him across the galaxy into Sith, Hutt, Imperial, and Factionless space. Soo Path in old age, and Silat in his youth had faced dangers difficult for both but they endured, being shields that would not break especially when bonded together. Over time their relationship grew more and more to that of a father and son. They knew each others strengths and weaknesses and bettered themselves with the others wisdom wether it be new or old. But their time together, however worthwhile, was limited. Soo Path was dyeing of old age and nothing could be done to stop the passage of time. After 9 years of death defying and unifying missions Soo Path had become free of his shell, leaving Silat, who he had nicknamed Montana, to mourn.
The bond between the Jedi was strong and one no longer a part of the physical plain created a great sense of loss for the other. Montana mourned but the period did not last long. Path had succeeded in his goals, in his life, in passing on his knowledge and Montana knew this. His master was no source for sadness but for thoughts of wisdom, hope, and ambition.
Montana picked himself up by his boot straps and continues training to be the shield he was meant to be, the shield that he wants to be.
