Operations: The main focus of Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems is shipbuilding, from the fierce TIE series to the massive Imperial and Resurgent classes, SJFS also constructs parts such as ship reactors, hyperdrives, and weaponry.
Rationale: The First Order originally had acquired a contract with Sienar-Jaemus as it was, the company would construct the warship designs in exchange for funding and support from the Order. After months of joint cooperation, with millions of credits and metric tons of resources flowing throughout both parties, Sienar-Jaemus and the First Order had developed a mutual respect for each other, fulfilling every wish and demand on time every time, business was magnificent.
Admiral Tanomas Graf came to acquire Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems with a few reasons; First and foremost was the aged admiral's past and current experience in developing ships and managing the finance involved. The second being the unexpected resignation of their last overseer, prompting the company, and by extension the Order, to find a new one.
Tier: Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems is a Tier 2 Corporation.
Description: Before its rise to recognition, Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems used to be a small family-run corporation, only operating out of Rothana and its orbital shipyards, receiving most of its work from its parent, the Santhe Corporation. It desperately attempted to hold on to any sort of relevance it could achieve with its shipbuilding capabilities throughout the galaxy by trying to secure contracts for production with major galactic powers and attempting to spread their name by word of mouth.
One of the factions that SJFS contacted was the First Order, who was currently in the midst of conquering systems all the way on the other side of the Outer Rim. After potent negotiating between the Order and Santhe, SJFS was secured as one of the premier shipbuilders within the Order, overseen by a representative of the faction. In exchange for the financial backing of the First Order and some of the more extravagant resources used in shipbuilding, Sienar-Jaemus would begin the mass production of star destroyers, especially the newest model, the Imperial X-class.
For a few months, profits were at an all time high, with ships being successfully constructed in large numbers, having a quality, be it combat or utility, that was unmatched by others. Sienar was temporarily without a CEO when the current one unexpectedly resigned from his position due to personal issues, both the Order and the corporation attempted to find a replacement, so that this golden age could continue uninterrupted.
Newly-promoted Admiral Tanomas Graf was chosen to oversee the operations of the company after the resignation of the former, due to his experience with designing and constructing ships as well as determining the cost of parts and labour. Sienar was once again in safe hands, under the watchful eye of the aged admiral, who has even contributed several designs himself to be manufactured by Sienar-Jaemus.
Sienar-Jaemus continues to be a thriving corporation, allowed limitless resources at its disposal for the building of fighters, shuttles, warships, and even the research and development of new ship parts for current and future starships.
Subsidiaries: Being at Tier 2 and a subsidiary of another corporation, SJFS is not allowed to have its own subsidiaries..
Parent Corporation: SJFS is currently a subsidiary of the Santhe Corporation.
