APPEARANCE:
Sibi stands a mere .6 meters, or two feet tall, dressed in blue and white robes with a brilliant sapphire in-bedded in it. Her hair is cut short and practical to make way for her particularly large blue eyes. She seems confident in herself, but also incredibly childish and energetic.
BIOGRAPHY:
Sibi was born to a high-class family in Zalelaeim, the capital city of Quigos. She had a rather social life with her family, dozens of siblings, cousins, and other extended family, her child hood was filled with playing, studying, and obeying her parents. When she turned 8 (16 to humans), she was admitted into the most prestigious school in Zalelaeim, and quickly rose to be the best student in the school, and when she graduated, she was quickly approached to run for the upcoming election of High-Technomancer.. of course she took it.
