"Alright Aubin. Rest time." Eliz had been traveling for some time now through the snowy landscape of Avidich's mountains. A planet so far untouched by the Maw, though he doubted that'd last for much longer. It was a planet he went to when he wanted to think of home. Of his father, his mother. The young hunter sat down atop a snow covered rock, reaching up to pull off his helmet. It had once been a shade of blue white, colored to blend into the snow. His father's armor. Burn marks and scratches marred the paint, turning it more blackened and ruined. The Beskar itself was fine, but as he stared over the helmet it was obvious.
He looked horrible.
Aubin, his ever faithful companion, sat down beside him. Eyes closed. Already starting to go to sleep. How long did they have before the Maw arrived? He wasn't too sure. But it meant another fight. The kid bundled himself up in a scarf, closing his eyes in turn. For now, sleep. Rest. There'd be more to kill in the morning.
