STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES & TRAITS :
EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL:
Shakolt rarely ever takes off his helmet, which he uses to obscure his identity. The helmet has also been modified to include a scanner and basic HUD, which assists him in his work of archeglology. Apart from his helmet Shakolt wears a black coat, grey pants and heavy duty boots and gloves. The shirt he wears has a plastoid weave in order to provide a limited form of protection. Shakoly also constantly carries a datapad which is connected to his helmet with him, and it contains troves of information on dark side lore and artifacts. In terms of self defence, Shakolt relies on a modified electrobaton which can easily detract and become concealable. The baton itself is lightsaber resistant, although enough hits and the weapon can break. Shakolt also carries a holdout blaster pistol. Despite his disdain for the weapons sometimes a back-up blaster comes in handy.
BIOGRAPHY:
TLDR: Born on Arkania, grew to love learning history and discovered the Sith in his late teens. Studied Archeology in university and his sensitivity become apparent he delved deeper until he found and became influenced by a Sith Architect. After learning more of the dark side and becoming a cultist, he discarded the artifact once he had learned all he could. He has set out to learn more of the dark side.
Detailed: Born on Arkania, from a young age Shakolt grew up around a plethora of knowledge which he could easily access. He had access to the holonet and whatever was censored there was usually found in the vast libraries in his home. Shakolt grew up a privilaged life, his father was a well known Arkanian Anthropologist and his family had benefited from his work. His family lived on a secluded estate, outside the capital Adascopilis, it let his father continue his work in peace. The household he lived in was a competitive one, something his parents encouraged. His 4 siblings were constantly competing to be their father's favourite. Shakolt though, was less interested. He preferred to spend his time searching through the vast libraries of his house, at first attempting to learn everything he could. He attempted to devour every bit of information he could, finding joy in it. It was only until his later teen years that he developed an interest in the Dark side, when he was snooping around his father's office he came across an extract of an ancient Sith's words on Veeshas Tuwan, the ancient sith library which once stood on Arkania. He learned of it's destruction and he shared in the anger of the Sith lord. All that potential knowledge, lost. It was then and there, Shakolt felt a small tingle of the force.
Once Shakolt had finished his schooling he planned to head to the Arca Jeth Univeristy, initially wishing to become a Historian. He had taken inspiration from his father, and the course seemed to fit with his desire for knowledge. It was about halfway through his first year did he realise he had picked the wrong course. While the archeologist students were preparing a trip to an abandoned Jedi ruin Shakolt was writing a paper on the culture of House Organa in the Old Republic period. Something he thought was incredibly boring. So he switched to archeology and anthropology, much to his father's delight. Shakolt soon found himself on various field trips, visiting many ancient temples of both Jedi and Sith. While his fellow students claimed they felt cold in the Sith temple he felt a slight calling. The tingle of force he had felt when he discovered of the destruction of Veeshas Tuwan came back each time. Soon all of Shakolt's papers seemed to revolve around dark side lore, and he gradually become known as the class' local dark side expert. To his peers it seemed to be a harmless interest but each time Shakolt went deeper. Finding out more. Feeling the call more.
It was on his final year, he was writing a paper on Freedon Nadd and he decided to investigate a Sith Artifact from Onderon did the call become clear. A Naddist who refused to reveal his name spoke to Shakolt. It told him of his weak force connection. The Naddist told him how the Dark side could amplify his power, he only needed to do it's bidding. Shakolt became more antisocial, absorbed in his quest to devour all knowledge he could on the dark side. Each night he visited the artifact and each night it gave a small piece of advice. In the coming weeks 4 ancient Sith artifacts had been stolen from the University. All evidence was inconclusive as to who it was and only Shakolt knew. With the artifact in his possession he began learning more, much to his desire. He learned rudimentary techniques of the force. Exercises of the mind, which honed his abilities, although completely draining him of all energy for days on end. The artifact told him to take what was his and that only he was worthy of access to those who adhered to the Dark side. And do Shakolt did, taking anything he wanted and killing any who witnessed him.
Shakolt passed his course with flying colours, with the level of depth on his paper of Freedon Nadd even shocking his professor. It was also when he graduated did he learn that the artifact had only possessed an insignificant fraction of knowledge on the Dark side, only showing him the force from the norrow view of a Naddist. It's advice and knowledge becoming repetitive and when the Naddist lied that it contained more knowledge he locked it away. The artifact screaming to be released. Shakolt instead returned it, perhaps thinking another would be cultist discovered it. For a brief moment Shakolt felt free from the grip of the artifact. But soon, the hunger for knowledge set back in again. The desire to learn of the dark side and more than just Sith teachings. And so while his fellow graduates began seeking jobs in companies or pursuing doctorates Shakolt set off as a rogue archeologists. He purchased a ship and began hopping from planet to planet, chasing any rumours of evidence of the ancient sith, dark side cults and any other dark side ideology he learned of.
FORCE ABILITIES:
Shaklot has a weak connection to the force, often having to improvise and alter certain techniques to fit his lack of abilities. Many of the techniques he uses are exclusively for personal defence, detecting artifacts or were easy to learn.
SHIP:
Shakolt relies on the Phobos, a dark grey Mercury-class Star Courier he bought immediately after graduating. It's on this ship Shakolt keeps all the information he has recorded during his studies and the freighter itself has been modified in order to fit a secret room. It's in here that Shakolt keeps a plethora of Dark Side artifacts he has discovered, stolen and acquired over the years. Apart from that, the ship is very much a standard ship, lightly armed and crewed only by him and a droid.

STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES & TRAITS :
- Archeologist - Shakolt is an archeologist and being one has its perks. He is well versed in the lore in the universe, particularly dark side lore. This has gives him knowledge of various dark side worlds, technology and techniques that he is constantly eager to learn more about.
- Melee Expert - Shakolt showed a clear disdain for blasters early on, instead opting to specialise in using melee weapons. He is trained in using many melee weapons, able to hold his own to experts such as Jedi or Sith. Shakolt will always attempt to use his electrobaton and his skills in conjunction with Teras Kasi to defeat his enemy first, having created a fusion between using the two.
- Weak in the Force - Despite his force sensitivity, Shakolt's connection is weak at best. His powers only offering a slight advantage, an experienced force user would have th advantage in terms of force abilities should he come to fight one
- Absorbed - Shakolt is entirely absorbed in his work as in archeology and anthropology and always prioritized his work. This makes him unambitious in terms of advancing his social status, credits and leads to a lack of interest in the world so many live in.
- Dark Side Cultist - To his family and fellow archeology graduates Shakolt is merely a rogue archeologist with an interest in the Sith. The truth though, is that Shakolt is a dark side cultist. He reveres and worships the ancient Sith and is constantly seeking to study them.

FORCE ABILITIES:
Shaklot has a weak connection to the force, often having to improvise and alter certain techniques to fit his lack of abilities. Many of the techniques he uses are exclusively for personal defence, detecting artifacts or were easy to learn.
- Force Sense | Novice - Shaklot has the ability to sense things in the force, although his weak connection makes it so he cannot advance this ability very far
- Heightened Strength | Novice - Shakolt found a way around his inability to lift objects with the force. Instead he used the force to strengthen his movements. This allows him to use the force to amplify his strength and speed for a short period of time. For example, instead of force pushing, he channels his limited ability to hit harder with his weapons.
- Force Empathy | Weak - Shaklot has the ability to sense the emotions of other force users. Despite this it is very weak, and he is unable to use it to learn an individuals thoughts. Perhaps only slight glimpses.
- Force Stealth | Weak - Shakolt can weakly user the force to help conceal his presence. Experienced force users would easily be able to sense him due to his weak connection to the force.
