Description: While protection of the systems is always in the mindset of the Confederacy, the designers of the Druckenwell Shipyards are planning ahead. Being ready for the situation before it happens, was the whole reason the Shadow-Class Corvette was created. This vessel is shorter than a standard military corvette, and as such is more nimble than the larger crafts.

Able to store a surprising amount of cargo, or cargo and passengers to get them in and out of a hot-zone, and past planetary blockades, the Shadow-Class can go where you need her to be. Armed enough to fight off whatever comes her way, and carrying two Haor Chall Scout Ships in ventral holds for quick release, you can be sure that your precious cargo will arrive safe and sound, no matter the opposition.

There's a bit of a design fight going on with this ship right now. On the one hand, it's stated as being targeted for the CIS, but the description reads a fair bit like it's meant for open market sale.

I also can't really see a reason as to why this is being billed as a corvette while under 100 meters.

If this is just gonna be a freighter/blockade runner, there are two things

1) You'll want to trim some guns
2) Freighters are speed 4.
