STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
(+) The Force is Strong: Like all Miraluka, Shachath is deeply connected to the force. He uses the Force to see, quite literally, and has been known to employ the force in his many political undertakings.
(+) Terror Incarnate: Shachath is terrifying to behold. He is a gigantic figure with a horrible, disfigured mouth that appears to be rotting from the inside. To anyone not used to seeing this terrifying figure, he would strike them as something unnatural and demonic.
(+) Subterfuge: Shachath is skilled in the art of treachery. Early in his career he relied almost entirely on playing dirty to gain his power and prestige. He is able to lie without detection.
(+) Political Juggernaut: Coupled with his affinity to bend the will of others with his employment of the force, he is a skilled diplomat and politician. He is known for his rousing speeches, cleverly crafted legislation, and skillful playing of the great game known as politics.
(+) 'Diplomatic' Immunity: He conditioned himself to resist most known poisons by ingesting them in small doses to build up immunity. As a result he is immune to virtually all common poisons.
(-) Foul Mouth: He has been routinely conditioning himself against poison from a very young age, as a result his mouth is filled with foul sores that never heal. His lips and gums have turned completely black and receded and his teeth are stained black with old blood.
(-) Hubris: Shachath is a very proud man, an insult to his pride tends to bring out the worst in him. When his ego is hurt he tends to lash out and thing irrationally, burning bridges with reckless abandon to get his revenge.
APPEARANCE:
Shachath is a ghastly figure to behold, standing at a formidable 6'7" (taller with his helmet) he towers over most all other human-like species. He wears a tall black helmet to hide his eye-sockets, leaving only his mouth visible. His mouth, due to regular ingestion of poison has turned black and appears twice the size of a normal mouth due to receding lips and gums. What little skin of his that is visible is ghostly white, but most of his body is covered in black robes.
BIOGRAPHY:
Very little is known of Shachath's early history as he rarely shares it with anyone. It is assumed, given his master of the Force that he, at least at one time, trained under a Sith Lord. Whether or not his master still lives is up for debate. In all likelihood, when Shachath learned all he could from his former master, he killed him and set off on his own.
In his recent history, he rose to prominence as a skilled politician on the world of Sernpidal where he dutifully served the One Sith and helped to maintain their hold on the planet through the manipulation of their planetary leadership. He quickly caught the attention of the Dark Lord of the One Sith for his impressive ability to subjugate wide swaths of the population with his dark speech. As such, the Dark Lord chose him to serve as the leader of his political arm, the Speaker of His Will. In this capacity he helped further strengthen the One Sith's grip on their planetary holdings.
Ever resourceful, when Shachath sensed the downfall of the One Sith, he vanished without a trace. Seemingly absent for the galaxy for an entire year, he eventually resurfaced, this time aligned with the Sith Empire as a member of their inquisition. It is here that his loyalty lies... for now.
