HQ: Kessel
Locations: Office on board the Toshiba, secret laboratory on asteroid near the Kessel run as well as a laboratory in Kalandra (Drunkenwell).
Operations: Semper Medtech offers small time solutions for medpack and kolto supplements. Although that is currently foremost a front for the illegal distribution of Spice.
Rationale: Sempra came to own thie first laboratury via a hostile takeover from a small time pirate looking to expand below Hutt radar in hutt space. Sempra seized the laboratory and decided to try and run it himself. The bussiness flourished and via his connections from the hutt network he soon found several open markets ready for the taking. He took them.

Description:
At tier 3 the drug industry of Sempra has reached levels where they sell their spice on numerous worlds. Although still mostly in the off worlds some minor smuggle routes to the core worlds has been opened and they also managed to establish distribution locations on Nar Shadda.
Sempra has moved his HQ from the Toshiba to the Grander White Palace from where he recieves guests and conducts bussiness. His increased income from other sources then spice dealing has allowed him to invest in more slaves and better equipment for his laboratory on both Kalandra and in the Kessel system.
At this stage Sempra relies on several middle men to handle things and uses the Cartels muscles to protect his interest in the drug market. He himself is mostly concerned with expanding to new markets and getting rid of the competition.
