Seinar-Jaemus Engineering is a Corporation formed from the merger of Seinar-Jaemus Fleet Systems and Seinar-Jaemus Army Systems. Formed in the aftermath of the Battle of Dubrillion , Seinar-Jaemus Engineering was part of a sudden expansion of Marlon Sularen's Previously Minor Corporation SularenCo becoming the Company's Third Subsidary and further expanding it.
RATIONALE
Just like Galentro Heavy Works , Seinar-Jaemus Engineering was formed in the aftermath of the Battle of Dubrillion with Marlon Sularen rapidly taking over the Jaemus and Yaga Minor Shipyards and securing most of the Corporate Assets in the area including Seinar-Jaemus Fleet Systems and Seinar-Jaemus Army Systems who were merged into Seinar-Jaemus Engineering yet another subsidiary for SularenCo this time aiming to provide other minor groups such as the First Order with formidable Weapons of War.
