I've been through your set up here, and from the look of it this submission is extremely overpowered.

The factory works on a balance set up, you add one rating, you take one rating away, the base we work with is Mass Produced at Average across the board on resistances and weight.

So to examine this submission, you did drop the production to minor, so you could raise another rating, however you also set the weight to very light, because light is better than heavy you have to add ratings to get it to light and very light. So you are now at -1 rating, and this is before we come to the resistances. To set a resistance to extreme you have to add three ratings to it, since moderate does not appear on the template I assume you mean high (please could you ammend that) so you have added a total of 15 ratings to the submission leaving you at -16. You do have 2 None ratings, which gives back 6 leaving you at -10. So, in order to balance this submission you must reduce the ratings by 10 ratings. You could always choose to pass the submission as it currently stands, but it stands a high chance of being reported when it is used then.

Could you please go into more detail on the stealth capability provided by the fabric please? In particular I'm unsure how the light fabric can dampen sound, such as a foot hitting the floor.

You say here that it offers no protection against concussive damage, however in the below resistance, you say it has a moderate resistance to concussions.

Mr. Locke,

First, thank you for reviewing this submission. I have made a link to the corporation, and have adjusted the ratings and weight some. As for the stealth properties here, this is a fabric, not a garment, so diffusing footfalls, etc. would be better suited to submissions where it is actually used for clothing. However, in the description for Shadowsilk, it states that the material is sound-dampening, which informed this submission. My best understanding - as the Wookieepedia article is about as deep as a mud puddle - would be that the material if 'soft' and thus doesn't make much sound, similar to fleece, silk, etc., when contacting surfaces, and muffles small sounds as well. To be honest, I really don't know how shadowsilk works, but I am basing it on the description as it was given.

Is there a ratings scale available to consult for future subs?

Please review the changes made and let me know if there is more adjustment needed. Thanks!

[member="John Locke"] , [member="Visanj T'shkali"] - The sub for Segroth PGA. (Which grants extreme Lightsaber resistance in coatings of less than 1mm thick,) notes Semi-Unique applications. That might limit you somewhat here too. (Though, your Umbrasuit sub is correctly marked Semi-Unique so maybe you just missed that here. Lulz.) :p

Sexy sub.

My apologies, I didn't take weight into account last time. You were actually just 1 rating under powered not 3 so you are 2 over now.

Again apologies, but if you would drop it by two I would happily approve it.
