Strengths:

Weaknesses:
  • Slow Switch: This weapon takes time to switch between modes. Approx 3-5 secs to cycle the power systems plus the time required to unfold the stock and extend the barrel.
  • Light Flash: In high power mode, this weapon creates a huge burst of light, allowing enemies to easily trace where the shot is coming from
  • Low Damage: Close range mode only

DESCRIPTION
A unique blaster, Kyle built this weapon much like a jedi builds his lightsaber. Focused on every component, Kyle built this weapon to fit his every requirement. Useful in both close range and long range engagements, this weapon is useful in almost any combat situation. This blaster can rip holes in medium armour, and can be useful against teams of enemy troopers. It takes some time to cycle the blaster system into high power mode, approx 3-5 seconds, as well as extend the barrel and unfold the stock. The charge shot system allows Kyle to control at what power the gun will shoot, ranging from a shot to disarm, to a shot that can potentially punch a hole through any personal armour.

The power pack is what powers your weapon, if it's only capable of holding a charge for 100 shots then the strength you've included isn't going to mean much. I would suggest increasing your power pack capacity to, at least, 300 shots to match your strength. Otherwise, if this is intentional, please state the power pack's small capacity as a weakness.

I am not going to approve of a hand-held assault rifle/sniper rifle that fires 300 rounds per minute, or 10 shots in sniper mode, which can be used to shoot starfighters out of the sky. This is incredibly overpowered, remove this. Damaging medium armor is fine, but shooting starfighters out of the sky is not.

In theory, sure. That's going to be pretty hard considering starfighters move at well over 600 km/h, and fly in space, but in theory if it were to hit you'd have a chance.

Change this to potentially being able to do so and you should be ready for secondary.
