Description:
While most of the Force Users of Tash-Taral become crafters of the Scrimshaw, minor force artifacts that haven't yet hit the limelight of the galaxy's attention, some instead learn to mimic the Sithspawn of wasteland. Either through Force resisting Techniques of the Terentatek, telepathic might of the Dreambeast, or even the sonic screams of the Stormbeast. Some of the more warring or cultish tribes however learned a more subtle talent, emulating the ability of a Hssiss to cloak itself, from sight and the Force. This resulted in a growth of photokinetic ability, as well as qey'tek to hide from other possible ones with "The Knack" as Tashi call the Force, that allowed for better hunting, whether Sithspawn or man be the prey. Eventually the Tashai craftsman learned to create poncho's out of the hide of Hssiss, and imbue it with some of it's natural qualities. This allowed the poncho to serve as a focus of sorts for the 'assassins' that had emerged in the desertous wastelands, making their effort in cloaking less strenuous, and even serving as a primitive way to cloak those without "The Knack" by being sensed from it. This effect, all things considered, is rather minor. A force user can still be sensed while wearing, albeit with a little increased difficulty, and the photokinetic aid only helps with stamina, not strength. For example, a person who isn't yet able to cloak themselves with photokinetic ability still won't be able to while wearing the poncho, but a person who can cloak themselves for five minutes might be able to achieve six, even seven minutes while wearing the poncho. Additionally, this ability does not 'stack'. Wearing larger ponchos, or multiple ponchos, does not grant any additional benefits.
