Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
Koros had unknowingly been a huge factor for the Black Tie Syndicate. Their cruisers that they produced had been the tools of many heists, operations, and other nefarious deeds and a thank you was in order. Recently the Syndicate had upgraded from a few thieves to the most thriving and active criminal organizations in the galaxy without even making anyone aware of it. To the normal eye they were still the same old crime syndicate and they needed more ships.

So a meeting was set at the Dragon Palace Casino between the Crime Lord Miss Blonde and the representative or CEO, whoever the hell they decided to send from Koros. Whenever they decided to arrive they would be greeted to the sight of hundreds of worker droids rebuilding and refurbishing the old dusty casino to make her look new again. Repairs were coming along swiftly and soon they would be operational, but that didn't matter at the moment. All that did was the meeting that would be set on the top floor in the presidential penthouse suite of the casino.

Whoever decided to show up would be greeted and promptly given directions on where to go so they could get this show on the road.

Lily had been away from the business and public side of Koros for quite some time, tending to family matters and building up experience with her father's own company. That wasn't to say she'd forgotten about her pet project, or that she'd let it wither away, but the fact that the company had made it on its own with an interim CEO during her absence to the point that a sale with some group she'd never heard of in some auction she'd not been invited to or told about had secured the company - and thus her - a contract offer, well it was a bit startling. The temporary head of company had been her secretary, so it wasn't all-to-surprising that things had been kept going correctly, but it was rather out of the norm for such a group to directly reach out for such an offer.

A contract with a big group?

This wasn't the first one she'd been involved with, before she had nearly secured one with the Primeval before its leader was either assassinated or died and the group crumbled, but it was only the second one involving a group that was apparently important and influential on a galactic scale. She didn't quite count the Techno Union, figuring their slow decline meant they were only temporary customers at best - long term if they saw her as a cheaper alternative to the big names like Kuat or Corellia.

Sweeping the thoughts of business unrelated to today out of her head, Lily paid more attention to the building she was walking through. It seemed to be some sort of entertainment club, a casino maybe - she'd spent plenty of nights out partying at places like these for several months a while back - and it was beginning to paint a vague picture of what this group was involved in. A few moments later and she was in a turbolift on her way to the penthouse suite at the top of the building - which she'd realized was incredibly massive, likely worth as much money to build as a small space station. That meant money, and money motivated her signature very well.

As with most turbolifts, she'd arrived at the top floor in a matter of minutes and the Kuhn daughter stepped out to an incredibly well-designed architectural site that was the presedential suite. Being the nineteen year-old that she was, Lily stood in momentary awe at her surroundings. Money? Kark that, these fething Black-Ties were obviously loaded with way more than just credits. She'd have to remember to give Leena her thanks for acting on her behalf in that auction. Whomever it was she was meeting with was probably just as impressive as the building and the room itself. Maybe equally rich.

"Wow."

It was all she could say.

Lily would get a good gaze of wealth and an earful of music that drifted from an old holo music player in the corner of the room. The sound of sweet smooth music matched the lovely decor of the room from pearl white curtains with golden trim to an all marble floor with various expensive rugs placed throughout the penthouse. At the center of the room there were two love seat sofas and between them was a coffee table made of what was of course rather expensive wood.

Off to the right there was a blur of movement and a door opened to show a small four foot eleven blonde woman with piercing blue eyes step out and stretch her arms a bit. She wore a black suit and skinny black tie and had her flowing golden hair down. As she stretched Lily would be able to see a pistol holstered under her jacket along with a few extra clips of ammunition on the side of her hip. Running hand over her head she looked over and spotted the kid and gave her a smile.

"Miss Kuhn I presume? It's an honor. Please sit." The woman said with her arms ushering the woman to one of the love seats.

The blonde woman would then walk towards a small kitchenette where she opened a mini fridge and began to root around inside of it. What was a meeting without refreshments after all? Wasn't a meeting at all, it was torture.

"I'm Miss Blonde. Can I get you something to drink? We have beer, wine, juice, water, hard liquor, and Oooh blue milk, sweet." Blonde said with her head and arm still rooting through the fridge.

Sometimes Lily forgot that she was even remotely tall - most of the people she'd met were generally either amazons or taller men - so it was a welcomed return to normal when the woman walked in, shorter than she was. The smile she'd received as she was noticed was also very much so welcomed, putting any momentary concerns after seeing the firearm at ease right off the bat. Lily, herself, wasn't wearing anything incredibly extravagant today, opting instead for a white knee-length dress with black heels and the matching white hairband. A purse hung from her shoulder, but it was just there to carry the documents for their meeting.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, too." She answered, following her suggestion to sit down - wanting to stay polite. She wasn't entirely thirsty, but figured at least accepting a water wouldn't be too much of a hassle for her. "Just water is fine, thank you." She said, glancing down to her side at the papers in the purse held neatly in their folder. "It's to my understanding that a line of ships were produced in return for a lot of phrik at an auction you held, have they been performing as expected?" Lily asked, not quite sure where to begin yet.

Blonde was still in the fridge when Lily started making pleasantries and asking questions, and yes it was rather refreshing to be dealing with someone who was "normal" even height wise. Her husband was a good six foot three and she had to almost jump up to kiss him, it wasn't the greatest arrangement in the galaxy. But back to more pressing matters it was late morning and hey if Lily didn't want a drink that wasn't going to stop Blonde.

"Hope you don't mind if I drink then, this is my only meeting today." Blonde said with a very uplifting voice.

Miss Blonde would grab a rather expensive bottle of water and set it on the counter before placing down container of thick red juice substance next to a bottle of what was clearly high end alcohol.

"And yes they have performed rather well, I am not one who enjoys using war ships but when I do it's nice to have a line that performs." Blonde said as she started mixing a drink.

Mixing the thick red juice and alcohol Miss a Blonde plopped a stick of celery into it and mixed everything with it. Once she was set alcohol wise she grabbed her drink and bottle of water and sat down across from Lily placing her water down on the table.

"To life." Blonde said as she raised her glass into the air and took a sip of her Bloody Mary.
