Intent: To create a way for Scorpio to defend against lightsabers
Development Thread: None
Manufacturer: Scorpio
Model: Vibro-Beskads
Affiliation: Scorpio
Modularity: No
Production: Unique
Material: Beskar, Durasteel
Classification: Sword
Size: One or two handed
Length: 55 cm
Weight: 2 kg each
Special Features: Resistant to lightsabers
Description: The swords aren't your typical beskad. They start out as one single sword and can be split into two in order to surprise enemies. The swords vibrate like vibroswords to give them better cutting power. The blade is a durasteel-beskar alloy similar to some other vibrosword blades. This is so it can stand up to a lightsaber.

Characters belonging to the Major Faction whose influence covers Mandalore and/or Concordia are exempt from fulfilling this objective.
All tech submissions involving Mandalorians using Beskar will require a forging or construction thread of at least 10 posts where the item is made. Limited or minor production items will require longer dev threads of 20 and 30 posts respectively, or at the discretion of the Factory Judge. ))

You can opt to either go with another material or continue with Beskar.

As work in progress submissions are not allowed in the factory, this will be archived until it is fully prepared for reviewing. Once you believe you have completed all that is required of this submissions to be considered complete simply contact an administrator or role-play judge to have it pulled out and reviewed.
