Phantom of Death

SPECIAL FEATURES
- Songsteel Spearhead: A lightweight and resilient blade, resistant against lightsaber strikes, and capable of disrupting saber energy under the right conditions
- Electrum Alchemical Scars: Ritual lines cut deep through Sith alchemy, channeling Dark Side energy
- Secondary Blades: Spring-loaded, serrated wings, designed to catch, tear, and hold prey
- Blood-Bound Runes: Engraved into the cortosis plates and sealed with blood, these runes bind the weapon to its creator, and by extension, his brother
Veradun Sharr
- Psychological Warfare: The blood-bound runes may radiate dread, unsettling prey, and eroding morale before combat begins
- Reach: As a polearm, the spear can shift between the precision of thrusts and sweeping arcs, offering versatility against opponents
- Resilient: The fusion of songsteel, cortosis, and alchemy make the weapon highly resistant to lightsabers
- Momentum Killer: The secondary blades can do more than wound; they can catch and hold prey, especially larger or less agile foes
- The weapon's weight makes it slower to maneuver than other polearms, which can limit speed and agility
- The spring-loaded secondary blades can jam and even fail under prolonged stress
- Ritual can come with burden, too. If the wielder indulges in excess, it could backlash
- The scars radiate Dark Side energy, making it easy to sense by Jedi or other Force-sensitives
- The weapon requires ritual maintenance, such as blood offerings, otherwise its resonance is weakened
- If caught under Force suppression, the spear loses connection to the Dark Side, its power reduced to physical strength alone
Forged in secrecy beneath the Wonosan enclave on Mustafar, this spear was meant to be more than a weapon. The Eternal Hunt demanded a tool that embodied Kasir's philosophy, a covenant of hunger bound in blood. It was not baptized in the ceremony of the civilized, but on the battlefield, tested against beasts and warriors alike. From the Outer Rim to forgotten worlds, its trophies hang heavy as verses of something sacred. To carry it is to bear more than steel, it is to uphold the burden of a predator's gospel.
The spearhead is a long blade of songsteel, its gray surface veined with cortosis. Lines of electrum trace the metal like ritual scars; each one etched through Sith alchemy. The edges carry a dark sheen, catching the light in a way that feels unnatural.
Two secondary blades jut near the base of the spearhead, shaped like a predator's jaws. Pressing the catch snaps them open with a crack. The serrated edges can bite deep, built to catch, tear, and hold prey. When the weapon is drawn back, they wrench free, dragging through the wound and leaving only ruin in flesh and armor alike.
The shaft is a spine of darkened durasteel clad in plates of cortosis. Each plate bears Sith runes of hunger and restraint, their grooves bound in blood to fuse the markings. The grip is wrapped in pale krayt dragon hide, its scaled surface woven tight with bantha sinew. The leather is marked with tallies of victory, each one a record of prey claimed in the Eternal Hunt.
