  • [SIZE=9pt]Spotlight: The turret contains multiple forms of anti-fighter and missile weapons. The eight pulse lasers are at the core of the defence, with the ability to accurately reach out and attack any incoming projectiles.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]As a fighter or missiles gets closer the gatlings can then come into play, although not as accurate or powerful as the pulse lasers the gatlings were capable of rapid-fire, filling space with slugs designed to knock missiles or fighters out of the air.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]The turrets come equipped with 6 TL-01 Counter missiles, able to create temporary clouds which are impenetrable to lasers.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Kickback: The gatlings are capable of an immense rate of fire, the constant firing of the guns makes it hard to keep on target. The gatlings are designed more to fill an area of space with rounds rather than pinpoint damage. [/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Lightshow: The pulse lasers, although accurate have a slow recharge time, limiting their rate of fire. [/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Cloud: The Anti-Laser missiles are only able to block lasers travelling through a small area, and are only present in a limited number. Once all 6 missiles have been unleashed they can only be reloaded after a fight.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Outsized: Due to the size of the turrets they are too large to fit on a smaller ship, only being installed on ships of 500m or larger.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]In a battlespace increasingly filled with missiles, starfighters and bombers it was increasingly important for a ship to be able to defend themselves from those attacks. Although shields and electronic warfare made it harder for missiles and other weapons to get a lock on and engage their targets sometimes there was no choice but to engage that last chance weapon to knock weapons of fighters out of the air. [SIZE=9pt]The turrets combing pulse lasers for precision shots and gatlings for rapid-fire gives the turrets the ability to meet any threat that comes at the ships they’re installed in. With 6 of Locke and Key’s TL-01 Counter Missiles thrown in, the turrets are a capable addition to any ship’s defences. [/SIZE]
