SPECIAL FEATURES
~ Force temperature control
Strengths:
~ Sealed and Waterproof: This mug is completely safe to drink from. The clay was treated so that it would be able to hold liquids without leaking.
~ Insulation: This mug is designed to not only hold warm liquids like tea, caf, or cocoa, but to keep it hot by way of the Force imbuement built into it--perfect for the winter, a rainy day, or a chilly morning!
Weaknesses:
~ Weak Imbuement: Though Eustachya has a pretty good grasp on temperature control, she is by no means a master of the technique. It may take up to a few minutes for the mug to warm up in a room temperature or cool environment. If the mug is taken outside into a much colder environment (i.e. below freezing), the imbuement will not be effective at keeping its contained beverage warm.
~ Fragile: Take care not to drop this mug. Its sides are quite brittle and therefore are apt to cracking with even the shortest or gentlest of falls.
DESCRIPTION
Eustachya created this item for the Silver Jedi Order’s stocking swap. She was assigned a member that she didn’t know well enough to give them anything more personalized, so she created this instead. After all, a handmade mug {Cymothë = Kantharos} seemed like a safe and somewhat seasonally appropriate choice.
She chose the imbuement of temperature control because it is the only Force power that she feels almost completely confident with as for yet, though she does admittedly have room left to grow. On the front of the cup, opposite of the handle, is the figure of a sleeping Sargusian sheep. Eustachya chose this symbolism because, during her time as a shepherdess outside of Phasekion, whenever her flock slept represented a quiet moment for her. She would almost always fall asleep herself because she knew that the Otonia, the nymphs that would watch over livestock, were with her.
