SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Cauldron of Change: By and large the Sarcophagi are meant to be vessels for Sith rituals, particularly those involving Sith Alchemy and the creation of Sithspawn. They are well insulated basins of potential and power which can serve just as well as alchemical tools or meditation chambers for those that don't mind the fairly snug interior. A series of well placed tubes feed into the interior of the Sarcophagi in order to pump both nourishment and sensitive alchemical concoctions into the inhabitant within.
  • Dark Sustainment: Alongside the alchemical utility of the Sarcophagi, they also boast more traditional medical apparatus and capabilities. This allows them to serve as medical pods or even bacta pods should the need arise for extended and extensive recovery. This is also aided by the inclusion of Sith Runes inscribed into the Sarcophagi which can supplement the natural healing of the inhabitants through siphoning energy from the Force around it, and somewhat from living creatures around it as well which typically results in fatigue for whomever may be hovering around it for too long.
STRENGTHS
  • The Catalyst: The main purpose of the Sarcophagi is to totally envelop the inhabitant within in various concoctions and solutions, both for medical and alchemical purposes. To allow for an environment of complete and total isolation in order to introduce elements which can induce a form of rebirth and renewal. It is a perfect tool for the creation and cultivation of Sithspawn, as well as the modification of existing living beings.
  • The Focus: Due to the construction and composition of the Sarcophagi they do sport an additional function as a prime conduit for Sith meditation and ritual foci. Channeling the Force into them was by design, however channeling the Force through and out of them was an unintended yet gladly accepted byproduct. While not as spacious or as potent as a proper meditation chamber, they can serve a similar role while being far more mobile.
WEAKNESSES
  • The Cost: As one might expect, the processes and procedures which the Sarcophagi are used for are not only time consuming but also fairly expensive. The main reason for the medical components and life support apparatus is to account for the extended periods of time that one has to spend within the confines of the Sarcophagi as they rely upon completely saturating the individual in alchemical concoctions and solutions. Said concoctions and solutions naturally can only really be created by Sith Sorcerers and Alchemists and will be needed in steady and consistent doses in order for the Sarcophagi to function as intended.
  • The Lack: Given the intent of the Sarcophagi to facilitate Sith Alchemy, any Force Nullification or sufficient Light Side presence will be enough to disrupt and even completely prevent many of its core functions and passive effects. Their more traditional medical functions will be maintained as those are mostly mechanical and electrical rather than mystical, however the alchemical aspect and the ritual components of their design can indeed be greatly disturbed by such forces.
DESCRIPTION
Throughout the history of the Order of Wonosa, their Sith had always been rather subpar in comparison to other orders and Sith groups. By and large drawn from the Force Sensitives of the enslaved populations free by Wonosan efforts, the Sith of Wonosa had always made up for their lacking power with sheer dedication and willpower. However there was only so much that one could accomplish with the hinderance of lacking sensitivity. In order to somewhat solve such an issue it wasn't long until the practice of rituals and minor Sithspawning efforts were performed on the Sith of Wonosa in order to grant them additional powers and capabilities within their limited Force Sensitivity.

This was undoubtedly a solution to the issue that they had at hand however only a handful of Sith within the ranks of Wonosa underwent such rituals and procedures due not only to material and expertise shortage but also moral concerns. These rites were hardly simple and without pain or sacrifice involved after all, being steeped in the Dark Side. In time though as the Order grew and the gap between their weakest and naturally adept Sith became an ever more apparent chasm, something had to be done. With struggles against other Sith not only inevitable but seemingly on the horizon, Darth Strosius caved.

Based on His own heavily modified Oubliette, the Sarcophagi of Rebirth were crafted to be the implements by which the Sith of Wonosa could arise from minor Force Sensitives into proper Sith capable of waging war against other Sith and the galaxy at large. There are a variety of rituals and procedures which the Sarcophagi can be used for and as such they are somewhat modifiable in order to suit the task at hand, however of course the main source for these variations comes from the fluids and compounds that they introduce into their inhabitants rather than the Sacrophagi themselves. They do still play a noteworthy role however, even if they are simple vessels for power at the end of the day.
