Designed to be a simple upgrade for Saotome and Sasori starships. Or for those who buy the system. THe sensor masking works to blind entry and rentry into hyperspace. Making a ships stealth capabilities higher at long enough range. Without visual contact then it can make stealth infiltration for cloaked ships easier as no matter how strong the cloak of the ship the traveling through hyperspace can give them away unless they exit far enough out of a system to get there. Going along with Sala'dine's wanting to revamp several systems within the military and using obscure or lesser known technology to augment their ships and give them more of an edge. Her experience with the Ghost Fleet and developing the Jedi's Shadow stealth systems. Engineering plans provided from the creation of the Reason when Republic forces helped Domino with supplies in exchange for her cure data on the Black Harvesters virus. It gave her some inspiration to improve the design and take stealth works for the ships within the Second Fleet further.
