Developed as a plan by Balaya to hide in the event of the empires fall and need to run. The plan was modified with the inclusion of Eruna her apprentice, it hadn't factored her in but when news of the Emperor being captured on Dac and her retreat from there in the Apotheosis to form back up with krag. The left hand of Kaine began to think about it while making the plans to either kill Kaine somehow before he could reveal the underdark/croft bunker of sith artifacts or the secret locations he had set up in case. Then after the events on Korriban and her pilfering of the databanks the zeltron resolved to find a way to return.
Balaya spent time in seclusion with her apprentice working to focus the sith magics on herself and general cosmetics. The data from the sith banks helping settle them on what needed to be done. A semi hostile takeover through secrecy and stealth, that the sith knight was focusing the magics on herself to look human minorly. Her skin taking on a tanned shade instead of pink and her hair with a lot of dye into a rich dark black. The disguise somewhat complete while they used the information to complete the look with blue contacts. Her goal was the eldest son and heir to the Santhe/Seinar technologies since Sasha's disappearance.
Given the information revealed from her reports before she went away there was some questionable things happening and that was a way in as Balaya moved. Finding the information had been easy as the Cannibal interrogator wasn't known for being subtle nor her loyalty to others beyond feeding her. With some food the data cylinder and information came to Balaya as she worked for the company and slowly found the problem. The extra parts were being used to create ships they hadn't agreed to make for another company and the person was pocketing the rest.
The stick of pheromones was on him while the 'human' Balaya worked to make sure all leaks of credits were stopped while working with the delectable Joshua Seinar.
