Alright, from our most recent Skype discussion I can safely say that each of us have some very different views on how things should be conducted. Some of us agree as a unit, others disagree as a unit; that's fine. If we all thought the same then there'd be no point for us to work as a team...

Just, we need to work as a team. All we need to do is focus how we can click together.

First things first. I want each of you to write a summary of yourself, and which areas of the faction you honestly believe you'd be the best at running should you have total creativity over them.

I'll start...

I am a creator, my strengths are in creating concepts and formalizing atmospheres. I work best with sandbox-style concepts, and often find myself running events more than I do developing characters. I am at my weakest when I need to write in great detail, and get easily overwhelmed in large group threads. If I could have control over any areas, I'd prefer managing the gameplan. I see myself more as a head coach than a playmaker. So planning and organizing are my specialties, as are keeping the gears moving. However; ask me to push threads or handle group activities, and I'm at my weakest.

Hi, I'm Sarah and I've been sober for abo...oops, wrong meeting.

My strengths are in designing group story arcs that engage a large number of characters in order to advance overall direction for groups, factions, or site wide. As long as I am kept aware of what is going on with the individual character arcs, I can pretty much weave a big faction plot that would make sense for everyone to get involved in.

Because of this, I like to get people's opinions and make sure they know that their thoughts count to faction direction.

I'm a story driver, I like large group threads and have no problem helping them along.

I'm diplomatic when it comes to dealing with conflicts and working with opposing faction leaders and staff.

EDIT:

Weaknesses: I bite off too much. I care too much what other people think of my efforts. I get annoyed easily by people not pulling their weight.

Area I want: Training and welcoming the new guys because Chaos sucks royally at being welcoming to new people.
