Having amassed several companies they decided to conglomerate them into one Economic Development Corporation in order to streamline services.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.6666666666667px]After taking control of the company with the President’s disappearance, Khaleel is now the owner of Salvatrucha with a minority shareholder in the form of Gilbert Skolnick[/SIZE], who holds 5% of the shares.

[SIZE=10.6666666666667px]The Salvatrucha Economic Development Corporation represents the amassing of all the Companies previously under the Dominion of the Red Ravens. Now sharing a bottom line, the smaller companies can expand and produce on a much more aggressive level, particularly the droid and ship-building facilities using the profits brought in from the Casinos. While this happened to a smaller degree before, it was hard to explain on paper why the Casinos were losing money or why the smaller companies would be wildly successful one quarter with untracked money appearing out of nowhere, upsetting the accountant even more than losing money, and then barely breaking even next quarter[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.6666666666667px]Given a legitimate name and paper trail, it also makes it much easier for the Ravens to set up production facilities, or whatever type of business they choose on their other worlds, or unaffiliated worlds. Where before they had to start from scratch, they can now build with the full weight and support of all their previous efforts. This includes the legitimacy lent from having a set of company standards, regulations, rules and guidelines drawn up by a team of lawyers with knowledge of the legal system of several planets.[/SIZE]

I know where you are going with this and its a good idea to merge everything together but you can't start higher than Tier 2 with regards to this

by either asking the owner via PM and inviting me to see or linking a thread where ownership change hands, etc. I read those submissions and they state they hold loyalty to the Red Ravens, not Ownership by the Red Ravens like the MultiVerse News.

Lysle had himself declared legally dead for six years. Also currently considered a traitor in Red Ravens air space. I can do a dev thread formally taking them over if you like, though ownership would have reverted to the Ravens just like it did with the Dragon Palace Casino during the time when he was 'dead'.

As for too many subsidiaries... This is basically a major faction in company form. I am already running and operating all of these.

As a side note in regards to economic power and the ability to pull this off. Using the most modest estimates I can find rather than the highest.

The two Casinos have a total of 8500 slot machines, as was approved in the sub.
Allowing that the average slotmachine makes 180 usd per day, as suggested here
And allowing that this lower than average usd to credit conversion is accurate
You get a daily profit form one machine of 178.20 credit.
Which is a total daily profit of 1,514,700 credit
Which using the Galactic Standard Calendar is a yearly profit of 555,409,600 from the two Casinos slotmachines alone.

This is not counting any of the clubs, the food, the rooms, the tables etc.

Remove all the subsidiaries and rapidly meet the requirements (You can own the two shipyards as part of this company) for tier three then submit taking these companies as subsidiaries with your company modification thread (You can do this by doing a thread featuring Salvulchra taking them over which also fulfills the misc threads if you do them one at a time).

Just a quick request since you removed the droid and munitions subsidiary, please remove from your operations "droid production and munitions." And please remove the references to droid production in the description.

Could you also link me the threads where RR commedered the shipyards? You mention chaos canon, so i assume that means it was rp'd out.

Do the shipyards have a link? While not required, this is more asking if it has been previously submitted or wookiee reference just so it can be linked into your sub as reference. -- that and I think there might be a sub, on the iPhone so can't really check well.

No, there are no subs that I can found with the site currently limited search functionality.

As far as Makeb, the shipyards are directly referenced in threads Here and Here
Antecedent is listed as Chaos-Canon because it is a custom planet, however based on both the sub in which an ungodly number of defense satellites are made and launched as well as the aforementioned operations of SDE it can be safely assumed to have one.
