ABOUT HER:

She is a striking young human woman, with armour defined by a vibrant palette of cherry-blossom pink and crisp white. Her long, flowing hair is a soft shade of rose, framing a pretty face. Atop her head, a pair of large, pointed fox ears, white on the inside and pink on the outside sit proudly. Her most prominent feature is a massive, multi-tonal pink and white kitsune tail that is exceptionally thick and fluffy, billowing out behind her.

STRENGTHS:

Self belief - She is confident and has total faith in the things she believes about herself given her power.
Fake it till you make it - She has been cosplaying her way into a very specific world with very harsh critics, she has had to actually learn a lot of skills to get her foot in the door. Even though she isn't sure when it happened, she is a soldier now and has working mandalorian armour.
uWu - So cute, so adorable, so easy to underestimate.

WEAKNESSES:

Oddball - a chunk of people she meets try to avoid her entirely, another chunk preface everything with “i'm not judging… but…”. She stands out, and not always for good reasons.
Verbal components - Most of her powers have required verbal components, she struggles with stealth missions, although her “Kitsu-ghost form” does allow her to move undetected, she cannot attack from this form.

BIOGRAPHY:

In the bustling markets and serene courtyards of Theed, one figure always manages to turn heads: a Mandalorian clad in striking, cherry-blossom-pink and white armor, complete with a massive, fluffy mechanical tail. This is Sakura Kitsune.

Born into a perfectly ordinary, quiet life on Naboo, Sakura always felt destined for something far more extravagant. She possesses naturally pastel-pink hair a rare but documented genetic variation among Naboo humans though if you ask her, she will dramatically stare off into the middle distance and claim it is the physical manifestation of her "ancient, dormant Amaran bloodline awakening."

Her descent into her current persona began with what she refers to as her tragic origin story. While other children dreamed of joining the Naboo Security Forces, Sakura spent her youth obsessing over an unindexed, millennia-old HoloNet archive of ancient galactic animanga. Her absolute prized possession was a mint-condition, vintage action figure of an Amaran warrior-priestess from the legendary series Kitsune Sentai: Star-Tail Rangers. The tragedy struck when a neighbor’s unruly Tooka broke into her room and utterly destroyed the figure. Instead of just crying, Sakura experienced a spiritual awakening. She vowed right then and there to carry on the priestess's legacy, declaring herself the Fox of Mandalore and embarking on a sacred quest. She took the name of one of the characters in her series, “Sakura Kitsune”.

Using her allowance and credits from odd jobs, Sakura meticulously crafted her own custom armor, engineering biologically accurate, adhesive prosthetic fox ears and a highly expressive, servo-driven tail.

When she is fully suited up, with her T-visor firmly in place, Sakura projects an aura of cold, mysterious efficiency. She acts the part of the hardened, stoic mercenary, speaking only in short, clipped sentences. However, the moment her helmet comes off, this intimidating facade shatters completely in classic tsundere fashion. If anyone questions her very human-looking face or points out the belt attaching her tail, she instantly becomes flustered, blushing furiously and loudly stuttering out defensive monologues about her “distant, highly elusive ancestors." In her panic to explain herself, she frequently trips over her own mechanical tail.

Despite not being a real Mandalorian or an Amaran, Sakura is highly active in the local Naboo roleplay and mock-combat circuits, where she insists on calling out the names of all her attacks. She refuses to simply fire her blaster, instead dramatically shouting, ”Nine-Tail Barrage!" while rapid-firing her rifle. Whenever she needs to make a hasty tactical retreat, she executes her "Spirit-Tail Dash!", which mostly consists of her running away really fast while her mechanical tail wags hypnotically to create a diversion. Her ultimate escape technique, "Mandalore’s Judgment: Fox Style!", is executed by throwing a standard smoke grenade at her feet and yelling as loudly as possible while activating her jetpack.

Sakura never travels alone. She is always accompanied by Ninko, a completely non-sapient and perpetually confused native Naboo fox. Fulfilling the role of her obligatory cute mascot, Fennec wears his own miniature set of matching pink armor. Sakura constantly tries to train him to perform complex, coordinated combination attacks, but he generally prefers to just sit there and look adorable while she poses.

The line between "commitment to the bit" and absolute reality didn’t just blur for Sakura; it snapped like a cheap plastic prop. By the mid-point of 902 ABY, the girl who once spent hours gluing on prosthetic ears began to forget that she ever needed the adhesive.

The transformation became clinical. Sakura stopped referring to her cosplay and began speaking of her beskar'gam with the honest fervor of a mandalorian. She spent her life savings not on more anime holocrons, but on actual integrated weapon systems for her pink-and-white plating. Her mechanical tail was no longer a servo-driven accessory. In her mind, it was a specialized cybernetic interface, a "Kitsune-model" sensory array that only those with her specific Amaran-Mandalorian heritage could master.

This total ego-death led her to the outer rim, where she began walking into bounty hunter dens with a confidence that can only be possessed by the truly delusional. When grizzled veterans looked at her neon-pink armor and pointed ears, she didn't blush or stutter. Instead, she would tilt her helmeted head, let her mechanical tail twitch with predatory precision, and coolly state, [color=orchid)"The Fox does not hunt for sport, only for the Creed."[/color] It was a classic "Fake It 'Til You Make It" scenario, pushed to a galactic extreme.

Surprisingly, her unusual combat style actually worked. During a skirmish on a jungle moon, she took down a band of pirates by screaming "Kitsune Shadow Bind!" while deploying a specialized magnetic harpoon. To the pirates, it was terrifying and confusing; to the watching Mandalorians of a local covert, it looked like a highly eccentric, yet effective, use of grappling technology.

Because she genuinely believed her own lies, her heart was seen as pure. In the eyes of the Mando'ade, it doesn't always matter what planet you came from or how many tails you have, as long as you follow the Resol'nare. After she single-handedly rescued a group of foundlings from a collapsed mine using her "Spirit-Tail Structural Support" (which was just her wedging her reinforced tail into a gap in the rocks) a group of traditionalists officially recognized her. They helped her begin training the foundlings to be Kitsune making her a defacto alor.

They began calling her Vod. They didn't care that her ancient Amaran battle cry sounded suspiciously like a theme song from a magical girl show; they cared that she stood her ground.

Now, Sakura lives in a state of perpetual high-stakes roleplay that she considers objective fact. She takes on high-tier contracts intended for the galaxy's most elite warriors, often charging into battle with Ninko riding on her shoulder in his tiny, custom-forged beskar-alloy vest. When she sits around the campfire with other Mandalorians, sharing stories of glorious battle, she tells hers with the dramatic flair of a series finale, complete with internal monologues that she accidentally says out loud.

In her mind, she has become a legend of the 902 ABY era, the Fox of Mandalore. And if anyone ever dared to suggest she was just a human girl who liked fox ears, she would simply draw her blaster, strike a gravity-defying pose, and inform them that their power level is far too low to comprehend the truth of the Fox.
