TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Classification: Lightsaber
  • Size: Average
  • Weight: Average
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Ion Cell: Being powered by an Ion cell makes the weapon far more effective against shields, droids, and cybernetically enhance people and armor.
  • Force Imbued: Through the original process Kahlil used to connect to the crystal, his blade was able to cut things born of the Force, such as spirits and other manifestations. Even now it keeps such effects.
  • Forcibly Bound: The runes that adorn the crystal keep it bound to Kahlil's will. It is through them that the crystal was able to be bled, and now through them that no one else can use his saber.
STRENGTHS
  • Poisoned Light: A Solari crystal is the crystal of light. Impossible to bleed, and so fickle that even the slightest hint of inner conflict within it's wielder will cause it to underperform or even refuse to. But corrupted, it has an inverse effect. The Light in it's presence is twisted and foul, preventing the effect of Force Light from affecting it's wielder.
  • Sith Runes: The runes inscribed on the crystal translate onto the hilt as well. The complex series acts as short cuts for many Sith spells and offers a higher resistance to the hilt itself.
  • Corruption: It's very nature is impossible and warped. Simply being around it drives lesser minds to madness after too long.
WEAKNESSES
  • Force Nullification: A lightsaber usually still works if it's in the presence of an effect that nullifies the Force. Due to the nature of the runes that force the Solari crystal to comply, any nullification will stop the saber from working entirely.
  • The Light: Even though it seems to resist the light, the crystal wants to accept it again. There is a limit to how much light it can protect it's wielder from, and once that threshold is passed the runes will be erased, reverting it back to it's prior form.
  • Corruption: Not only does this create an obvious beacon of darkness, but it's wielder is just as influenced by the Dark as the crystal had been.
DESCRIPTION

Kahlil's lightsaber had always meant to be the only and last weapon he would ever create. It wasn't a weapon to him. A shield, to protect the galaxy from the evils of his family. But the inevitable happened. His fate was always bound to the Zambrano name, and when he fell the Solari crystal in his saber refused to fall with him. To prove his allegiance to the Sith and his father so he might one day be able to kill Carnifex, he sought out to find a way to break his crystal.

A Solari crystal does not bleed. But through an ancient ritual, a complex series of runes, and the sacrifice of life, it could be made to take a state similar. Forcibly bound by the dark, it's nature causes it to weep in the presence of those devote in the light, calling out to be saved. When it cannot be, it rages and tries to share it's pain with all those touched by the Force. It is a twisted mirror of the shield Kahlil had once tried to be, and reflects it's wielders own inner torment.

Hello, I will be judging your submission today! Kahlil Noble Kahlil Noble

If you could, this last part is a little vague to me, could you please elaborate on it for me?
