(Ezra's connection to the force is freakishly strong, but having been untrained in the force and lacking in contact with other Force-Sensitives (or pretty much anyone for that matter) Ezra is entirely unaware of his Force-Sensitivity)
Ezra's mother was inhibited as a result of her pregnancy, making her unsuited to combat. Eager to rejoin her comrades in the war, immediately after giving birth his mother was intent on ridding herself of him and the responsibilities. Fortunately, being a mother she felt some sense of sympathy for her infant. In the end, she could not keep him without staying away from the war. The majority of her reachable relatives had already perished to the Yuuzhan Vong, and most associates were either already deeply involved in combat or very wary of her presence. Considering the handicap of pregnancy, Ezra's mother had already once shown trouble in the battlefield, and to a society whose culture was based around combat proficiency, she was already somewhat disgraced.
Being minutely knowledgeable in some of the unused spacecraft on the surface of Negosvern, Ezra's mother sent her newborn on a ship away from the planet while she rejoined the fight. Through unbelievably fortunate circumstances, Ezra's ship was safely salvaged in space before dying. Finding a child born mere days ago, the salvagers kept the kid out of curiousity. Returning to a local planet and scanning the child to be able to meet its fetal needs, the salvagers discovered his muscle density and the potential strength he possessed. Interested in the profit of such a creature, for three years the salvagers raised the child, granting him the name "Ezra".
After three years, in which Ezra had already come to a point of being able to comprehend not only language and motor skills, but a slowly building comprehension of multiple languages and engineering. Being able to piece together parts which geometrically fit together before reaching an age of one was simply a precursor to his eventually masterful talents with technology. By the time he showed the capacity to do 'work', the salvagers successfully sold him off to slave traders for an extremely handsome price. Ezra had already understood what precisely happened to him at this point, but failed to hold a grudge.
For the next six years, Ezra would shift between owners, doing plenty of physical labour due to his immensely deceiving strength. Aside from physical duties, Ezra's Alunrovaan genes earned him the ownership of many male owners of rather unique 'interests'. As a slave, Ezra's hair had grown out, and his species being one with primarily feminine features resulted in him being a very popular specimen. In the end, by the time Ezra could comprehend 'attraction', his 'tastes' were strictly men due to the many other duties he would carry out for his owners.
During this time, Ezra immersed himself in mechanics, technology, and language whenever there was available free time. At a very young age he built himself a computer capable of connecting to the intergalactic networks, with which he could access more information. Eventually, he taught himself language and technology. By his 13th year, Ezra built a combat droid which would be entered in 'arenas'. With the earned credits, he would buy more parts and cycle the process.
His owner at the time discovered this process and wanted to exploit Ezra's talents and take all the earned credits for himself. Feeling a sense of self and accomplishment, Ezra refused, to which his male owner 'assaulted' Ezra. Angry at what his owner had done, Ezra added some more stealth-centric parts to his droid the following night and assassinated his owner in his sleep after releasing himself of the bindings on his neck--the first slicing in his long career.
Along with his comprehension of technology was the ability to pilot crafts, much of which came to him intuitively. That same night, Ezra stole a spacecraft and escaped the planet. Finally free, Ezra eventually built up to the point of a more proficient mechanic, and rather specifically, a programmer. His prowess was discovered by a client that needed his computer cleaned. The client happened to be someone involved in the 'underground'. Offering Ezra a 'job', he eventually became immersed in the world of the underground. Soon enough, Ezra was offered several jobs all the time, with 100% accomplishment.

With quick acting, Ezra ran away and escaped the planet, then realising the dangers of his 'jobs', to which he began to accept jobs incognito. His notoriety grew in the outerrim planets and further out as he was offered jobs as opposed to simply selling information. Of course, he kept complete anonymity during these offers. Slowly, talk of him has been getting closer to the core planets, though his emphasis on being discreet never lets these murmurs grow too large. When talk of him grows, usually his accepting 'requests' ceases.
