Slow - Even with a Shield, the EBC/4 is built with some thick, heavy armour. With such significant mass, even the four Mauda-Templar Type Engines can't propel it to a decent speed
STA-H04 - Its Heavy Batteries are built with integrated Reactors. Using Antimatter as Fuel, if these Batteries are critically damaged or destroyed, the fuel can easily escape deeper into the Hull, reacting with regular Matter and causing serious internal damage
Topside Weak - Most weaponry is located under the Vessel for OB purposes. This leaves a lot of empty space on top
Description
Anatomically similar to the EBC/4, the PAC/4 features weapon-intensity on the Underside. The Vessel is designed specifically for Orbital Bombardment, with Heavy Turboplasma Batteries modified with Longer Barrels for greater range when pummelling Surfaces. It can be more easily distinguished by its Red Engine Exhaust.
The PAC/4 is as fast as its Heavy Cruiser Brother.. which isn't very fast. It features a pair of KOD-ACC (Kodak) Launchers on its underside which are defended by clusters of Point-Defence Turrets. These launchers provide the brunt fire-power when engaging in Orbital Bombardment. These Launchers print their own Kinetic Rods from readily-available raw material and magnetically accelerate them down to the surface of a planet. While they print, STA-H04 Batteries provide interim bombardment.
